Norn Talay Surin Beach Phuket

Unforgettable.

Pros: I liked nice touches like full sized shampoo and shower gel, as well as some other toiletries, and free water and juice drinks at the entrance. The view from my room to the ocean was superb. The balcony was huge. Nice design of room. Loved big marble worktop with equally big mirror on it's side. Beach towel every day.

Cons: If you open the shutters in the bathroom you cannot close them enymore as closures were displaced. Very steep stairs to the beach.

Pros: Great location between two beautiful beaches, big comfortable room with a great view to the sea.

Cons: Adequate services near the hotel.

Amazing view on the best beach in Phuket

Pros: The view from the room is stunning! We had an amazing balcony on Surin beach, the best beach in Phuket, clean, not crowded and with clear water.

Cons: The main tourist places are all 40 to 60 minutes from there. This is an ideal place if you want to chill and enjoy the beautiful sea.

Nice remote location.

Pros: The beach access. The location at the part of Phuket. The beach towels. The view. The staff to help taxi and drop off and pickup

Cons: The shower didn’t slope into the shower drain.

What a great place to spend your holiday in Phuket. Lovely and quiet compared to Patong or Kamala, with plenty close by

Pros: The property had the best view you could ask for. Getting to see that beach every day was amazing. The room itself was good, clean and comfortable. The view was also available from the shower which was awesome.

Amazing place for introverts

Pros: The place is in a nice area if you want to be near the beach, but dont want to be in the crowded area like the main beaches. The rooms with sea view are really great, the shower window was an amazing add on. My favorite place was the balcony facing the sea and the rooftop pool. The view was priceless. Surin beach was not crowded and peacful.

Cons: 1. During my stay the elvator was not working. Everytime i'm coming back from the pool, Im using the ramp from 5th to 2nd floor. I was so scared that i'll slip. 2. The breakfast was limited. The food was good, but very few options. 3. There were no soundproofing in the place, i think i could hear people talking from the other room and from the first floor.

Pros: Beautiful outlook to Surin Beach. A short walk down the front to the beach. However there are steps in order yo get down there. Staff are really friendly and always ready to help you out.

Amazing stay

Pros: Great hotel, close to Surin Beach. Directly access to the beach. The provided you with towels for it. Friendly stuff. Rooms with sea view. Absolutely reccomend!

Beautiful but outdated room above beach

Pros: The views from the rooms are amazing and the pool is very nice. Few steps and you’re on the Surin beach so it was perfect! Good breakfast but nothing special. Also you can walk to beautiful laem sing beach from the hotel and it takes about 15min. Staff was very helpful and around 24/7 so if there was anything bothering us we were able to contact them any time of day. You can loan towels to the beach and pool which was nice.

Cons: The air conditioner in the room was moldy which gave both of us cough and flu and breathing problems. Also the room was a little outdated and dirty, we asked the staff to clean our terrace windows because they were super dirty, I ended up cleaning them myself because the so called cleaning was few wipes with water. When you asked your room to be cleaned everything else was cleaned properly, only sheets were not changed and ours had few stains and holes. It’s easy to access the restaurants by the beach but after 21 when they close the gates it’s harder and we had to take taxis or walk on a very busy road in the dark.

Pros: This location is amazing! Staff are friendly, rooms were clean and the view stunning. We had such a great stay. This is the best beaches we stayed at over the 3 months we were there.

Cons: A little dated and only one restaurant nearby. It was a good one though. Lots of beach vendors so no lack of food.
