Relaxing stay at amazing resort

Pros: I find this one of the best resorts in Phuket. Amazing location at the beautiful Kamala beach. Such a joy to sit under the palm trees and enjoy the sea view. Excellent restaurants onsite and a lot of restaurants a short stroll away.

Cons: The only downside was the practice of guests reserving sun loungers before 8am and not returning until much later, or sometimes not at all. I raised this with management and was told the situation is being monitored. From what I observed, the current approach doesn’t seem to resolve the issue.

Short and sweet

Pros: The whole look plus the rooftop pool was a great touch. Loved the heart and flower arrangement of our bed Thanks it felt like our honeymoon.

Cons: The madness at breakfast buffet

I will stay in the same otel again.

Pros: Everything was amazing. Workers were really kind. Pool, beach, restaurans… There is international food, and they all concern your allergies.

Cons: The only bad thing was leaving the otel after 8 amazing days.

Excellent stay

Pros: Location, room cleaning 2/day, clean and nice facilities, excellent breakfast. Extra points for 333 Beach Club, Mrs Tania & staff very nice with clients and their needs.

Cons: No fresh mango served in 10 days :(. So only low score is for not serving /not available more local fruits on breakfast or in any of the in house restaurants . Good that apples were available every day! Also variety of menu in all the in house restaurants should be improved. Many dishes are simply repeating in all the restaurants.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. To get to the beach you have to cross the road through a tunnel, but ok.

Cons: Breakfast was always very crowded. Spa could do better, was very ordinary and needs improvement in overall Quality.

Pros: Everyone was friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to make the experience amazing. Food selection at breakfast was great. Great spa treatments. The setting of the hotel was stunning - the beach was glorious and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone.

Cons: There were part of the hotel that felt a little 'tired'. Outside our room some of the decking was chipped and broken in the corner. There was quite a lot of sand in the pool outside our rooms. It was a shame that the sun loungers could havent gone a little further onto the beach - having all the chairs so close together meant it was always noisy and very little sun as everything was all under the trees.
