Cons: I hadn’t quite realized that it wasn’t located directly by the beach, but that was just me not reading the description properly 🙂

Excellent & friendly staff, would highly recommend.

Pros: We had a great room with it's own entry into the pool, this was fabulous, room was very spacious, plenty of room.

Cons: The room ammenities were forgotten some days, otherwise we couldn't fault it.

Beautiful stay out of the heart of the city

Pros: It was a beautiful place to stay, the amenities were incredible and the staff lovely and kind. The breakfast options are outstanding and the pool is gorgeous!

Cons: It’s out of the hustle and bustle of Phuket which was perfect for us, but just a consideration if you are wanting to travel into old town each day.

Overall excellent stay although the facilities are in need of maintenance.

Pros: Location, swimming pool and garden, design of lobby and rooms, the staff and service are all very good. Breakfast is solid. Check-in process is smooth.

Cons: Overall maintenance level of property (i.e. cracked tiles on stairs & walk path, stains on outer walls)

Pros: Exceptional service from an amazing team of hotel staff. Breakfast is exceptional - Prosecco breakfast with wide variety of fresh fruit, bread snd cooked food

Good all-round venue but a few room improvements would make it better.

Pros: Good location, room layout was not ideal i.e. if you slept on the far side of the bed you had to continually walk round to get access to the rest of the room. The AC also did not work very efficiently - and stopped working on one occasion.
