Best Beach in Phuket

Pros: This is the best beach in Phuket, the 1 bedroom hill bungalow is on the smaller size. The breakfast is very good.

Cons: Staff could be more attentive for a 5 star hotel and price point it should feel like a truly 5 stars experience. The person in charge of Beach beds can do a better job. For people staying 5 days or more you need more food options or maybe think of going to eat outside at some point. A lot of stairs but that was not an issue for us Eventhough we had a 2 year old baby. The pool is not appealing but the beach makes up for it.

Really beautiful location

Pros: The sea is beautiful clean in respect to other beaches like Kamala for example.

Cons: A lot of stairs, it’s more a resort for young people.

Paradise

Pros: Everything. 1 bedroom cottage was great with great sea view. Food at restaurants and breakfast were great. Staff very attentive and very friendly. Beach a dream, so much so didn't even use the pool. Paradise place.

Fabulous resort for a short stay.

Pros: The long ‘private’ beach is what makes this hotel. It is well laid out so that the loungers are set back from the beach and you’re assigned your own location for your entire stay. The rooms are also very well appointed and super comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, none more so than Book, Nut and Pooh who were exceptional in their service! The dining options were excellent too as including a very nice breakfast buffet.

Cons: The a la carte options at breakfast were a bit slow to come out. One morning we waited 15 minutes for our poached egg on avocado toast when they only brought one for my wife instead of the two we ordered. When we reminded them of this our second one apparently had to go to the back of the order queue so it was another 20 minutes when mine finally arrived. I would have just cancelled it and gone to the egg station for an omelette if I’d known but they kept reassuring me it was coming straightaway! A bit frustrating but otherwise breakfast service was also very good. The only other negative is the dark tiles in the pool. It doesn’t make the pool as inviting as lighter coloured tiles would be although nobody really used the pool much so it didn’t really matter.

Amazing

Pros: Everything was amazing! Facilities great and friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Great service, variety of choices of breakfast! The private beach is quiet with fantastic view! We enjoyed our stay a lot and definitely will come back again!

Mesmerizing

Pros: The cleaning two times per day Complimentary fruits everyday and sweet treats in the evening Everything is perfect

Cons: I wish that they have canopy or roof on the terraces so that during rain you can enjoy outside

Perfect delux room the great getaway, quiet, privacy and nice beach; location and food are not ideal

Pros: the room was fantastic - though we did notice the first room we got had this smell of damp but the second upgraded room does not have it - so if you are lucky you get a perfect room. the upgraded delux room was just the perfect holiday stay for us, super clean and comfortable, facing the sea from the room and from the balcony.

Cons: location and food... location we find it is far from most resorts but it is a good trade off for this price breakfast I have to say is really poor--- definitely not the star hotel level - more like a air bnb level. we had breakfast included but after one try we just skipped and found something outside the hotel.
