Pros: The Outrigger is a small compact hotel across the road from Surin beach. The rooms are lovely and spacious . The staff are incredibly friendly and will do their utmost to ensure all your needs are met .

Cons: The property is situated on quite a busy road so depending on time of day there is quite a bit of noise at times when sitting at the hotel bar .

Pros: Exceptionally clean and smart. Everything you need - reception area very open and “airy” a great vibe. The staff are an absolute credit to this Brand, hotel and each other. They are amazing. Extremely attentive, helpful and jolly. The whole team helped to make our stay wonderful …..it was a pleasure watching the staff at breakfast working like a well oiled machine, and all with smiles and togetherness. If you needed anything just ask and they delivered…..even fixed my case lock, thank you Aple. By having such a wonderful stay we feel compelled to look at other Outrigger locations. Keep up this fantastic work you all create, it definitely did not go unnoticed. And what a star the team have with Surim ensuring we got to where we needed to be, out front of this hotel. Wonderful staff

Pros: Beautiful stay, rooms were clean and really nice. All staff were absolutely lovely and so kind and helpful, it’s really what made our stay so good. Definitely get the breakfast, had a great spread. Great location too

Great service. Clean and tidy hotel. Not a great location. Expensive for what it is.

Pros: It was clean and tidy with a great restaurant. The staff were wonderful - no exceptions. In particularly, Peter, Fern and the concierge staff at reception were very helpful and welcoming.

Cons: Whilst we didn’t have a bad experience, we felt that the cost of the hotel wasn’t reflected by the overall experience. It was expensive for that it was. Surin beach has seen better days with limited options for bars and food. Visitors would be best to take a taxi to Bang Tao beach. Plenty of restaurants and a really nice beach vibe.

Wonderful stay at OUTRIGGER

Pros: Friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Room was clean and the attention to detail throughout the beach resort was exceptional. Definitely a must stay.

Excellent, if Expensive, Boutique Hotel with Attentive Staff

Pros: Modern, well lit rooms overlooking the narrowest of the 2 pools. Exceptional breakfasts - great choice and quality. Attentive staff. Hotel design and furnishings project an upmarket, chic vibe.

Cons: Rooms rates, restaurant meals and drinks (especially wine) are rather expensive. There is a 5 to 10 minute walk across a carpark and rubbish to the beach - the hotel fronts an ugly building demolition/construction site. Once reached, Surin Beach itself is uncrowded and attractive, especially in the morning. There is a lack of relaxation space adjacent to the 2 swimming pools and pool bar- the Hotel footprint appears to be narrow and squeezed.

Fab location, beautiful resort, amazing staff.

Pros: We had a pool access twin room, it was so easy to access from all parts of the hotel and the pool was lovely. We also loved the other pool. Easy walk to the stunning Surin beach. Staff were exceptional and food in the restaurant was great.

Cons: Room was a little small and the pools don’t get great sun.

Pros: The staff are super friendly and very efficient the breakfast was second to none & the restaurant meals excellent also
