Lovely area, nice hotel and friendly staff

Pros: Great area to stay, really lovely for families. Hotel was nice and staff were very friendly, pool needs a little fixing as in tiles on the pool floor, but great value, clean rooms and nice staff.

Pros: Location was good near the beach and not noisy. Huge pool to enjoy.

Cons: There wasn't a bar service and the food service is mainly breakfast.

Pros: Good location near Bangtao beach, 7/11 & various restaurants. Smaller but highly recommended Suri beach. Rent scooter options 250.300 THB/day. Exchange Offices- check rates, then change money. Clean swimming pool, pleasant staff, very good WI-FI. We really enjoyed two weeks there。

Cons: Stereotypical breakfast, but tasty and enough for us.

A beautiful relaxed and safe experience with friendly and accommodating staff in all departments

Pros: It is a very relaxed chilled out place to stay and the staff are eager to help with anything you need. By coincidence the battery in my safe and the batteries in my door lock ran out on separate days during my stay. Both times a maintenance man was there within 5 minutes of my reporting the issue and fixed immediately. These things happen and for me, it’s how it’s dealt with that shows how good the service is. Excellent
