Great location and wonderful staff! Highly recommend!

Pros: The location and the staff!! Both exceptional! The location was perfect - just an easy walk into patong but not right in the middle of it so it was nice and quiet but also convenient. The staff were absolutely incredible and everything was so seamless and there was always a smile on their face and they were always ready to help with absolutely anything. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spacious with great air conditioning and water pressure and it was always so clean. It was such a welcoming and lovely experience and I couldn’t recommend this place more. Can’t wait to return!

Cons: Nothin at all!! It was more than perfect!

Amazing stay in Patong

Pros: Very well kept hotel. Great staff, very helpful. Tour desk was able to give good discount on water park. Immaculate hotel. Good location. Walking distance to the main beach but out of the way of the madness

Cons: Breakfast could have been better. But that’s my only flaw

Pros: I really liked the room it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty. The pool was well-maintained and a great place to relax.

Cons: We didn't get the complimentary breakfast with the room we booked. We booked 4 rooms was hoping to get breakfast.

Hotel was good and Patong beach is a vibrant place to spend a holiday

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ocean panoramic room was a good size with nice view of the town and sea beyond. 15 minute walk to the strip and beach although the hotel does also run a shuttle service too.

Cons: breakfast could have been better but that's probably just my particular taste and it's not a complaint.
