Burasari Phuket Resort & Spa

Very relaxing apart from some noise at early and late hours due to staff movements.

Pros: Pool was excellent. All the staff were good. Help given where needed. Food was reasonable at breakfast. Room service food was great.

Cons: Room 1101 very noisy due to staff room nearby and trolly carts outside at all hours. Also, loud music from the restaurant.

Pros: This was my 10th or so stay at Burasari (but first since lockdown ended). Good location, near the beach. My first room was rather dark and the window faced the back of another hotel, with rows of air-conditioners. I asked for a change and reception was kind enough to switch me to a brighter room (with better view) for the next five nights. Thank you, Burasari. Room was clean and comfortable .... I don't drink beer or soda, so, the free mini-bar was of no use to me. The 4 bottles of water were a welcome gesture, though. Appreciated the beach basket with large towels and flip-flops. Breakfast was good, quite a selection of different types of food. I especially liked the fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and cheerful, always ready to help.

Cons: Just a suggestion, perhaps change the small tubes of shampoo/conditioner etc for large-size refillable ones so there's less plastic wastage?

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful, clean, and lovingly designed and furnished. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would gladly come back.

Cons: We were looking forward to playing a round of billiards at the hotel in the evening. However, the pool table was already closed at 8 p.m., which is very early. We then had to pay extra at the other bars in the area.

Good stay

Pros: Great location near beach, main street, restaurants, 7/11, pharmacy, massage places and much more. Breakfast was a huge variety of local cuisine and western style food. They have soy milk as an alternative. Mini bar is free and is restocked 1pm every day!

Pros: Amazing hotel staff so lovely and kind especially wit and nuna from the bar fantastic service and always smiling. Brilliant location for shops and restaurants bangla rd is must to do. Breakfast was brilliant loads of choices 😋

Pros: Lovely big pool nice breakfast and a great happy 2 hours

Cons: Our room was close to staff area so a little noisy from trolleys going past in room 1101 a little bright in the room at night.

Pros: Calm and quiet, swimingpools amazing, beds very good and everything so clean! Staff so nice and helpful always smiling 😊 the food very good and the service so good especially at the poolbar! We will be back!

Pros: The venue is perfect for a relaxing stay. All the staff was very welcoming and the room very clean. The bell boy was very professional and helpfull

Cons: The check in took ages, and I was invited to sit several times... When I spoke Thai, I was initially responded in English. Although the beginning wasn't great, I had a wonderful stay and check out was perfect

Pros: Room was a great size with a big balcony. Location was excellent - easy walking distance to Banzaan markets, Patong Boxing Stadium and Bangla Road. The beach was just down the street. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Nice pools and bar area. We only had one night here but it was very pleasant.

Great hotel

Pros: The rooms were very good and well presented. Very clean and nicely decorated. Cleaning of room excellent. Check in staff very polite and helpful. Pool was lovely, not enough sub beds though, but this can’t be helped, only so much room.

Cons: The bar is very slow service, we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks 2 nights running. It sees like they need two bar tenders and maybe one less waiting staff. Bit disappointing, especially as Valentine’s Day and we therefore decided to go elsewhere to eat.
