Pros: Everything. Great location. Fantastic pool . Conveniently close to airport but far enough away not to get noise

Cons: Steps up to 4th floor apartment . No lift. We both have mobility issues at time of holiday

Excellent location - Very spacious and great for families

Pros: Very nice place, large and spacious. Lovely swimming pool with lots of different areas so it always felt private. Excellent location right on the beach with the convenience of shops and restaurants very close by. Excellent having a washing machine available to use.

Cons: Don’t expect a hotel, this is a privately owned property. The room was not cleaned during the entire stay, with no toilet paper (not even back up’s in the vanity) etc… not a big deal, but would have expected more for the price.

Would come back.

Pros: The location is excellent. So close to the beach and just opposite of the entrance is a family run street food business with some of the best food in the area. They are locals, living there for generations. I think that I have become addicted to their Tom Yum. The beach is beautiful. The pool is nice and there was always a free place to lie during our stay. And btw, there is a small exchange service on the beach which has better rates than at the airport and even better than mastercard, I think. Take some cash with you - $/€/...

Cons: The apartment is well equipped but needs maintenance (e.g. shower, chair). When combined with 20000 Baht deposit, it made me a bit too nervous. But in the end it was OK. No extra charges.

Pearl of Naithon was a relaxing stay, but lock up your items of value.

Pros: We stayed in an apartment - it was spacious & the beds were comfy. Just walking distance from the pool & beach.

Cons: Unfortunately my sons small backpack went missing from our room on our final full day there. I messaged the manager & after looking everywhere inside & outside the apartment, inside cupboards & inside large luggage, they said they’d look at the security cameras the following day. I received a call from the manager whilst we were at the airport, had gone through immigration & were about to board the plane, that my sons bag had been found, on a table by the pool! Besides my son not taking his bag to the pool, we passed the pool several times a day to access the beach, shops, restaurants, taxi’s & reception & not once did we see his bag left on a pool table. The manager asked if I could speak with the security at the airport & come outside to collect the bag from a taxi driver. Unfortunately we did not have that time to back track & so my sons backpack is still at Pearl of Naithon & now I need to find a way of getting it back to our home country. After a week of staying there, dealing with lovely reception staff & having a very relaxing time, it was disappointing that someone entered our apartment when we weren’t there & stole his bag. I am not sure what was seen on the cameras, but I have made it clear to management that my son left his backpack on the couch, he did not take his back pack to the pool & we never saw it poolside, even though we passed multiple times in a day. Now I have the inconvenience of retrieving it.

Pros: 공간이 매우 넓고 쾌적했으며 인테리어가 훌륭했음. 방마다 샤워실과 화장실이 있어 좋았고, 직원이 친절했음. 나이톤 비치가 바로 앞에 위치하여 해변가 산책하기가 좋았으며 적당한 거리에 슈퍼가 있어 필요한 장을 보기 좋았음. 리조트내 수영장 크기가 적당했고 해수와 약간 섞여 관리되는듯 조금 물이 짰음.

Cons: 시설이 좀 노후해서 샤워 배수가 잘 안되고 변기 수압이 약했음. 화장실에 날파리가 심하게 많았음.

Cons: почените сантехнику, все болтается и шатается, очень портит впечатление о пребывании стулья на кухне жутко неудобные, очень высокие для стола, сидеть вообще неудобно стулья должны быть ниже кондиционер в гостиной очень шумно работает уборку хотелось бы почаще, чем 1 раз в 4 дня
