Peaceful retreat with warm and friendly receptionist

Pros: Massive, very clean room with sea view, beach towel is also provided. The receptionist is the best!! She's super friendly, warm and helpful. Everything is there in the room with extra kitchen sink, good laundry service. Location is great, a stone throw away from Kata Noi beach, walkable to Kata beach.

Cons: Nothing.

Amazing accommodation in a great location at a very reasonable price

Pros: Everything basically: friendly staff good location (5-7 min to the beach, shops, restaurants) would definitely recommend and book again

Cons: If you have a balcony facing the street it can get noisy. However the balcony window has good phonic insulation.

Amazing location

Pros: We liked anything. Perfect location to enjoy the town, the vicinity to the beach, only two minutes walk, I guess one of the best in this price range in town. The partial view of the sea was well paid by the quite we benefited being at 50 meters or about to the main road. Inside we had an amaIng big bed (maybe mattress softener would have been a good plus) a large fridge and beautiful large bathrooms en suite with shower

Cons: We loved it. No complaints. Maybe I’d have loved to have a microwave in it as well for perfection!

Pros: Excellent value for money, especially in an expensive area. Room was clean and decent in size. Location is excellent

Cons: Be aware that you have to climb a fair amount of stairs to get to some of the rooms......so if you have mobility issues advise the management in advance and request a more easily accessible room

10 days near Kata beach

Pros: I loved everything. Personnel kind and professional, room was clean and comfortable, very good wi-fi. I spent there 10 days and I would gladly book it again. The restaurant downstairs Da Rock is also surprisingly good with a pleasant range of simple and healthy food.

Cons: As underlined in other comments is a bit on a hill and you will need to climb several stairs to get to your room. Not recommended for customers with limited mobility.

Pros: Loved how close it was to the beach. Easy access to many restaurants and shops. Clean and spacious bungalow with a very nice view (if you choose). Staff was friendly and welcoming!
