Pros: On site breakfast was great had plenty of options. Other food and beverage options were good too

Cons: The pool bars were not staffed most of the time. No staff during happy hour which was promoted. The resort has many differnt staircases leading in different places. Could do with more signage guiding guests

Beautiful hotel close to beautiful beach! Kind staff, relaxing pools - a winning combo.

Pros: Such a beautiful hotel! A stones throw from the beach, everything you need on the doorstep (from scooter hire to massages, shops and restaurants), and 2 very relaxing, peaceful pools with beautiful views. Breakfast has long service hours and amazing/plentiful selection. The gym was great. The room was comfortable with very good bedding, towels, shower products and dressing gowns. The hotel was happy to add an extra bed to our room for the 2 nights our friend stayed with us, for a small extra fee. The hotel staff were always so helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you!

Cons: Loved it all, but 2 minor points - our bedroom was low down, so didn’t have a view of the beach and the balcony was close to the road (but maybe as I booked one of the cheaper rooms). The breakfast hall is huge and so it’s a little complex getting your food, then going to queue for a hot drink. Then your food is cold. It would be nice if they could serve hot drinks at the table. Overall our stay was amazing and we loved this hotel.

Pros: So close to the beach. Great breakfast. Comfortable room right next to the pool. Catering manager went out of his way to provide special vegetarian food for us. That was very much appreciated!
