Cons: It’s very hilly and lots of steps but wasn’t a problem just wasn’t expecting it , roads a bit noisy by pool

Overall a lovely hotel, near Kata Beach, lovely staff, good food and the pool was lovely

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay in Orchidacea Resort. The location was situated at quieter end of Kata about 10 mins walk to Kata Noi beach. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent … nothing was an issue ! Breakfast very good. Would highly recommend.

Cons: The prices in the restaurant were substantially more than restaurants nearby. Property is on a hill and there is no lift to rooms. It did not bother us, we were actually happy with the exercise up to the 7 th floor but be mindful if you have any mobility issues.

Wonderful stay for a relaxed holiday in Phuket

Pros: Everything was great from the location (walkable to the beaches and the main streets) and breakfast, to facilities like swimming pool, gym etc. The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite truly embodying Thai hospitality. They were super responsive on WhatsApp, catering to our needs quickly. We really enjoyed the kata beach view from our balcony. The room was clean and well maintained. The rotating thai dishes for breakfast was a nice touch to start the day trying new local dishes.

Cons: As many have mentioned, the rooms( especially with great views) are quite some steps up. So just need to be prepared for it. It would be nice to have a small closed cupboards in the room, so everything does not have to be out on hangers or in the suitcases.

Pros: Lovely resort highly recommended, advice to take building facing the beach and pool not the lake. All the team working are great and the restaurant in the beach serves good food. I had a great time here!

Pros: The ocean view rooms have a great view of Kata Beach. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. Excellent staff that are very professional. The pools is large has a nice outlook

Enjoyable stay

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The swimming pool is really nice, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The beds was ok, based on Thailand standard. Meaning they were a bit hard, but softer compared to other hotels we visited in Thailand. The gym was not too bad either, considering it is a hotel gym.

Cons: The hotel was located right next to a steep main road so it was quite much traffic noise in the rooms both during the day, but also during the night.

It was perfect!

Pros: The views, the location, the staff, the cleanliness… could not complain about much really. Great place!
