Pros: Friendly staff, balcony with a view, decent location and not far from the beach

Cons: Rooms are very plain

Pros: Unfortunately got moved to their sister hotel, however the staff were very nice and quick to sort out everything for me. The apartment was wonderful, very spacious, clean and well presented. The little touches made everything worth it, from the daily fresh towels, to the bottles of water left every day. I have no complaints and if ever in the region again would consider this to be one of the top of my list.

Cons: Pool was nice but smaller than it looked on pictures. Location was a little bit far away but still walking distance. Lots and lots of building work going on in the area, pretty much the whole of bang tao. Room wasn't ready until 3pm, but they did upgrade me to a poolside studio, so didn't complain.

Pros: Really friendly helpful staff. Rooms was a good size and very clean

Cons: It was a bit of a walk to the beach about 20mins and also a taxi to the busier area of bang Tao. The pool was nice but the whole place and pool are actually really small.

Wonderful

Pros: A beautiful hotel. Staff wonderful. In a lovely quiet area with some thai restaurants just round the corner. Shuttle every hour to nearby beaches, the evening market and other places of interest.

Cons: Liked it all.

Amazing

Pros: They were just amazing! They were so helpful to accommodate us during our check in at 3 am

Pros: The property looks like the photos. We were very pleased with the room and it was only a short trip to the beach.

Cons: There is a bit of construction work going on nearby. It didn’t cause any problems at all but is worth noting if you are planning on spending the day at the hotel. We didn’t hear any construction work before 9am so didn’t disturb our sleep.

Pros: Staff was so friendly and very courteous. Khan was excellent. Very helpful.

Great value for money!

Pros: The hotel is set away from the hustle and bustle of a noisy area. It is clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pillows are the best we've ever experienced when staying at a hotel. The room was cleaned everyday and if we needed a shuttle to take us to a local spot nearby, the service was always available. Netflix or other streaming channels are available and the wifi is excellent. Hamza and his team are fantastic hosts. We would definitely stay here again if we travelled to Phuket.

Cons: There is no restaurant facility at the hotel, however there is one nearby. There is construction going on every morning but the noise didn't really bother us. The shower could do with a screen or curtain to stop the bathroom from getting wet but we managed to reduce this by laying towels around the shower. The only other thing is that we stayed in the corner room which has no scenic views when sitting on the balcony. Only the construction area is visible. Other than that we had a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It was great value for money, especially at this time of year.

Lovely little secluded space

Pros: The room I was in felt huge which was so nice! The AC and fan were great too and there was always water topped up and beds made. The pool was lovely and there is always maintenance being done around the place to keep it looking fresh. The staff were also great and helpful :) feels like a little hideaway which was very nice and I felt very safe walking around the area too!

Cons: Not even something that I didn’t like but the pool is definitely smaller than it looks in pictures and a little more awkward being right next to the car park and reception but I still enjoyed it and is perfect to cool of! I had an issue with the safe as the people before me had broken it when I asked for it to be fixed they were very attentive and got someone from maintenance to sort it out however I wish this was done before my stay if they knew it was an issue as I was quite paranoid leaving things in my room!! I also think it’s quite out of the way from things but luckily I don’t mind a bit of a walk so it was also fine :) but things to keep in mind.
