Great stay for night before moving on

Pros: Does what it says on the tin, for the money brilliant

Cons: Nothing liked it all

Pros: The central pool outside the lower floor rooms was Excellent The breakfasts were superb, with around 50% western food and 50% Chinese foods The staff were all very friendly and helpful The restaurant overlooks a small lagoon where you can watch Giant Komodo, herons, egrets etc

Cons: The room and en-suite were both dated (I would say around 40 years old), but everything worked fine, and the sheets and towels were all crisp and new It's outside central Phuket (a taxi journey away) It had 1 or 2 coach loads of Chinese tourists arriving every day The restaurant's evening meal options were all Thai or Chinese dishes and only a few western taste restaurants nearby,

Good Stay

Pros: Staff is very helpful. Property is amazing and beautiful. Understands English.

Cons: Room was little small than i expected but overall facilities were good.

Great stay would stay again

Pros: Nice rooms clean pool access was a nice bonus, staff were friendly and helpful whenever it was needed. Conveniently located next to a few cafes and 7/11.

Cons: It was a bit noisy but that as due to other visitors and not the hotel itself. Pool access was a bonus but was a bit difficult getting out of the pool as it was just the one step not beneficial for anyone who has a mobility issue.

Amazing

Pros: Staff was amazing always smiling and friendly, Hotel was clean rooms was serviced and cleaned everyday. Pool was amazing, will definitely stay here again

Cons: The only down fall was breakfast was not 100% it was cold, but not to worry, other facilities covered

Pros: The property was nice, our room got upgraded and I loved the view to the pool and how you could just swim from the back room.

Cons: It’s abit far from the city but that’s fine there’s other places nearly but around 20min drive

Pros: Staff are absolutely lovely here! Really helpful and friendly, Breakfast at the hotel was really nice and the pool was incredible, A very nice touch, Room clean and offers a lot of the money

Cons: Think as they didn't have a restaurant on site was a bit off as the hotel is like off an industrial estate so there's stuff around but not alot
