Amazing, peaceful stay!

Pros: A beautiful stay , we stayed in the villa, very beautiful. No complaints

Cons: The bathroom in the villa - the bath needs updating , a new bath or shower would suit the room.

Comfortable room but far from everything

Pros: The room was nice, check in was seamless also check out.

Cons: It’s only good if you are there for the photoshoot as it’s far from everything

It was perfect, the staff, the facilities and the food

Pros: The room was large and very clean, the staff were so nice and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you

Cons: The noise from guests staying in rooms next door, doors slamming, tv on really loud early hours and screaming

Pros: The best was swimming pool. FLat were nice, but caffe itself was very expensive. higher prices than Europe. Breakfast was 450 BHT per person. Simple juice 290 BHT. Whole day there was full, because families was coming and paid for making amazing photos by this Victorial flowers on lake and boat by dron. We had issue in bathroom, which was not originally in our room, but our Neighborhood up . We were not able to use our flat for half day , but noone was even informing us, that they would like to go in our room. We just came from morning walk and there were 4 men sitting and trying to repair bathroom up via our room. No apologise, no sale, no even simple coffee offer like apologise. We didnt have for 2 days any towels, because as lady on reception said, sorry, but didnt have enough dry towels. But you are here with friends , so you can ask them , they have. Very weird behaviour in 5* hotel. Swimming pool was the best. Without this, it was only unncessary expensive flat.

Pros: The Staff were very friendly and on hand to help at any time. They were very helpful when we needed to ask questions about getting to places. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel as it was a lovely few days for my partner and I to relax and enjoy our trip in Thailand.

Cons: The Hotel Café gets very busy with couples who are looking to get professional photos taken in the giant lillypads. It was quite busy but it provided great entertainment from the pool.

Pros: The coffee shop is really an amazing place and the varieties of drinks & food is also very good. The room was good and quiet, a bit away from the very crowded coffee shop. Ginger cat at the reception is super sweet!

Cons: The location sucks but the hotel is nice. The swimming pool was not usable (in the full season) so that is a minus - plus you can’t realistically swim there.

Pros: The hotel is great and the staff are really attentive, supporting and awesome. During my stay, my friend and me are having emergency. The manager even came to the hospital and they offered us a free stay until everything is settled. They also offered us meal and drinks and visited us at the hotel. They are showing a great hospitality. The facilities are great and they even provided smart tv with netflix and youtube. They also offered mosquite repellent inside the room. The pool also great and surround with pool of lotuses. Such a nice ambient
