Very good, would stay again.

Pros: Very nice place, comfy and cozy, very good value too. There was even a cat that liked to sleep on the doorstep in the shade so that was a nice touch. Smoking area right by the front door with a chair was good for me.

Cons: The only downside is it sometimes smells from the sewage plant being near by but this isn’t the properties fault and it was only once for 10 minutes where we could smell it on the porch

was a very bad trip to phi phi but made a lot easier by the staff at this hotel

Pros: me and my boyfriend got severe food poisoning while staying in phi phi (not from the hotel) and i ended up in hospital, the staff were so helpful in cleaning our room and helping pack our stuff, my boyfriend also left his shoes there and they shipped them to krabi for us free of charge and included some sweets to help our stomachs which was so kind, just really good customer service

Pros: Looks pretty similar to the pictures, looks like it is being renovated. Great that you can't hear all the noise from pubs.

Cons: The bathroom floor drain doesn't have a trap system, which means every time people flush or use the toilet in the other rooms you can hear the water passing by the pipe and sometimes the smell comes up as well.

Pros: The hotel room was spacious, clean and close to the main town, but still quiet. Nice patio area to sit out and relax. It has a wet shower, which is common in Thailand, with hot water and great AC. They even kindly met us at the ferry to trolley our bags, which we were thankful for. And free coffee which was nice!

Cons: Pillows were big and hard, but not a huge issue.

Pros: Very nice, clean room. We had booked for 3 nights but decided to extend for another 2. Very helpful and friendly staff who helped us organise a transfer to Koh Yao Yai.

Pros: Clean new rooms! Staff were amazing and kind especially since we had to stay in hospital and they offered me the same price for the room for the final night even though it was at big discount. Not sure why this property is rated as low as it is it really deserves higher!

Cons: The only thing is a mattress on the firmer side but tbh it was still comfy and not a big deal at all, compared to other properties on phi phi for the price we paid , there is no complaints

Pros: Simple with the essential things. The staff was really nice

Pros: Porter picked us up at the pier, took our luggage and even brought umbrellas (it was pouring), which was amazing. Super nice staff on reception :) - very welcoming and helpful any time we needed anything. We had some serious medical problems, and they let us keep the same room while we had to extend our stay last minute. Very responsive on booking.com. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillow. Good wifi, good AC, complimentary coffee and tea. Umbrellas available for rent free of charge. Just 10 min walk from the harbour. No music heard at night! There were chairs and table on the terrace (nice for breakfast), chair and small cabinet in the room for your belongings, hooks to hang your clothes, bedside table, 1 electric socket near bed

Cons: Our room smelled a bit but nothing we wouldn't survive and it got better while the AC was on and the window open. Our window faced the street and even though it is the quiet area we were unlucky and got awaken couple of times, but I guess there is not much the guesthouse could do about drunk idi*ts on the street. Can't imagine how the situation is closer to the centre, must be terrible. We could hear our neighbours coming in and out every time (door was noisy). Lady checking our room when checking-out was loud, annoying and not nice at all even though we were checking out 1 hour early. Shower water heater was not very strong.
