Phuketa Hotel Phuket Town

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, room was large and comfortable with plenty of surfaces to leave your suitcase open, also wardrobe space was good. Lovely swimming pool.

Cons: Had no Wi-Fi in the room at all, was only able to access the Wi-Fi in the reception area. Net curtains in room were very grubby.

Good Experience

Pros: Nice room with small balcony.Pool is comparatively big one!

Cons: No lift available you need to carry luggages to 3rd floor.

Pros: We like our rooms , they were clean ,taken care of. L ocatiin was good and quiete .Tranport available to different exotic destinations. wifi excellent,staff helpfull ,nice breakfast, not a big buffet but tasty traditional Thai food.

Cons: Nothing , we were happy at the hotel.

Pros: Good base if travelling around Phuket. Car park. Clean bedding. Clean room.

Cons: Bathroom needs some attention. Shower above a bath just soaks the whole bedroom. Swim up rooms are also the main pool.

Pros: Stayed in the hotel for one night before our journey to Ko Samui. Rooms are not new but clean and comfortable. Clean swimming pool on the territory. Good location 15 minutes to walk from the bus station.

Best stay in Phuket with value for money.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. They provided every toilet amenities and the room smell so good. Thanks to the cleaner who is in charge of this rooms. The air-conditioner works perfectly and the view from room number 1213 was worth the money we paid. The room also had a mini refrigerator and the towels provided were clean. I will surely come back if I ever come to Phuket. Recommended. also, to be mentioned the receptionist was really very nice.

Cons: The tv might have Netflix for the tourists visiting the property. Please consider it as a suggestion, not a complaint. liked everything. plz maintain your property like this.

Nice but too far from the Old Town

Pros: It's a nice hotel the staff are friendly and my room was huge. The pool is long and very well kept. The breakfast was good, eat as much as you want buffet, with choices of Asian and Western food.

Cons: It's a long way out from the old town and if you choose to walk it as I did the pavements are not good if they exist at all and the road is very busy.

Pros: Breakfast variety is not a lot but that’s alright because it was tasty and neatly served.

Cons: Some of the staff need to be more attentive and welcoming especially the front desk officers. Well that will definitely will make the guest feel welcomed and might considering coming back again to the hotel. That is something that were lack of from my opinion especially one of the staff on Sunday noon shift. She was not much helping, rude and language barriers. Love the other staff that helped me with my check-ins on Wednesday night.

Pros: Great room, comfortable big bed, very spacious with a balcony.

Cons: This is my bad as haven’t checked properly on my first time coming to Phuket, but the location was an issue for us. If you don’t rent a scooter, it’s very stressful to be dependent on Taxis only. Phuket is very busy with traffic, it takes a long time ro reach the main attractions/beaches from this hotel. The only place that is reachable by walk is Phuket Old town - and it takes 40 min. I would recommend the hotel as it has great rooms and swimming pool, but location is probably the worst.
