A beautiful hotel and pool , very close to the airport so great for an arrival or departure location

Pros: Absolutely beautiful hotel , big comfortable room all rooms have swim up access. Feels like a little oasis very luxe . only 20 minutes from the airport

Cons: A bit out of the way near a very busy road

Pros: Convienent and friendly. Love the rooms right on the pool, place is well kept and the staff are attentive and friendly. Stayed here twice now and would recommend. Would highly recommend especially for the start or end of a trip when needing the airport..

Cons: Nothing to dislike.. Its not on the beach but that was our choice whilst transiting

A comfortable and good‑value resort in a quiet area, with some practical limitations e.g. transport

Pros: The resort was exactly like on the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and the complementary items were refilled on a daily basis. The prices in the restaurant were very reasonable, which is always a very positive thing in a case of 5* hotel, especially if the hotel is located in a less busy area.

Cons: I didn't like that staff don't speak English, it makes the service very difficult. Even if they want to be helpful, the communication is done through google translate. The location was not ideal for walking, as there were limited places nearby to reach on foot. However, this was not a major issue when renting a motorbike, which made getting around much easier.

Great stay let down by the food

Pros: The room and the swim up pool were perfect. So relaxing and chilled.

Pros: One of the things that I likes it was the staff. The staff were amazing.

Cons: the breakfast it was a bit repetitive and they didn’t have enough breakfast selection. The food was a bit heavy.

Pros: Cleanliness, staff, Views, trees and greenery, everything

Cons: It's a part of life here, you'll need to be comfortable with seeing insects and bug all around, we found some in the room but we had the staff help us clean it as soon as we reported it, they spent hours with us in the room just cleaning everything in it and checking our bags, and helped us tidy them up very neatly, highly highly recommend for a stay away from the city, but a bit far

Relaxing experience

Pros: We liked everything about Lalynn! Especially liked the greenness and pools, plenty of room to swim and sunbathe. Swim-up room was 10/10.

Cons: Nothing to complain about!

Pros: Whole environment and the surrounding pool all the villas. Very friendly staff. Exceptional service. And had a very good oil massage

great hotel with amazing helpful staff

Pros: the hotel is a new lovely hotel with an amazing surrounding long pool. every villa has a balcony and direct pool access. if you are with children you can rent an underwater scooter witch is perfect for the long pool. the staff is adorable and assisting with everything you need. hotel pricing for food at the restaurant and spa are very responsible compared to out of hotel pricing the hotel is a bit out side from the center but we enjoyed the quiet scenery and took bolt to places and markets arround. also, there is a medium lotus marken and very nice mall 200 meters walk north of the hotel and a travel agency 200 meters south by the gas station.
