HOMA Phuket Town

Pros: Very spacious for a family of four! The rooms have everything you need. It’s a good combo between an apartment and a hotel. Everything is brand new and super clean. Good facilities with the swimming pool, cinema, kids club and gym. We didn’t have enough time to make the most of the facilities. The staff were the highlight everyone at the desk so smiley and helpful. A special shoutout to ‘Friend’

Pros: Everything was good but I was given room for people with disability. With that, the room was big but lacked hooks, shelves. Must have been standard for such rooms but it was rather inconvenient for me. But other good things about it overweight those inconveniences.

Pros: The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms are both clean and spacious. The service for receiving packages and orders is also very convenient.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was spotless, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the reception team spoke perfect English and explained everything clearly. The restaurant offered good food at fair prices. The pool was crystal clear, and the waiters provided excellent service, bringing everything we needed directly to us.

Cons: The only downside was the location. It’s around a 30–40 minute walk from the city center (or a short taxi ride). There aren’t any supermarkets very close by, and the nearest one is about a 10-minute walk away.

Pros: The staff are very nice and the bed is so comfortable .

Cons: Its quite far from center.

Pros: The best base for your different activities around Phuket Town, I used Grab for my commute all the time and my trips didn't take ages

Pros: Everything was lovely!! The pool on the rooftop and the restaurant all the food was lovely staff also friedly. This was honestly such a good stay for us.

Pros: Everything Loved the glass water bottles that they provided and you can refill for free On every level- too much plastic usage in other Thai hotels Comfortable bed Modern bathroom, great water pressure

Cons: Had to go outside to smoke
