Lovely hotel Phuket Old Town
Pros: Loved the location in the Old Town Phuket. A must see part of Phuket. Friendly helpful staff and we had a big clean room. Huge beds and plenty hot water and fresh drinking water. Would recommend.
Cons: The photos are quite outdated as we were excited to see hotel had a pool but it doesn't. Its private for one suite only l. It was one reason we booked. Also there is no longer a cafe there. There isn't a lift which isn't a biggie however there isn't a handrail on the steep stairs which would be much safer when carrying luggage.

Lovely place
Pros: Very welcoming staff, we got a free upgrade when arriving which we really appreciated. Our reservation included breakfast but we couldn’t get to it as we had to leave at 5am for excursions, and the staff was so kind in preparing us a takeaway breakfast the day before that we could store in the room’s fridge. Great location in old town, second floor of a lovely flower shop.

Pros: Great suite in a great, quiet location in the heart of Phuket Old Town. We stayed in the suite with balcony, and it's light, airy and spacious. We stayed during the vegetarian festival, and despite the drums and fireworks of the parade passing outside the front door of Isara, the room was quiet and peaceful. Being partially under cover, the balcony afforded us the opportunity to dry our wet garments unseen overnight, despite the thunderstorms. The location is excellent, being 50m down a lane to the local produce market, and less than 200m to Soi Romanee, the heart of the old town. The local buses to the beaches like Patong, Karon and Kata, also terminate in the market, so for 40 baht you can get to the beach or shopping at Central Phuket malls. Pros: The location is perfect, a short walk from the town.
Cons: Water pressure is low. No one assists with bags on arrival esp since there are stairs.

Very pleasant stay!!
Pros: My arrival was dealt with very quickly and professionally by the staff. I was given a lovely welcome drink and was shown how to operate the key card system and escorted to my room. The room was quaint. Clean throughout and had all the facilities that I needed for my stay. I stayed in room 7 which was on the ground floor. It did have a small window and Aircon. It also had a flat screen TV with Netflix which was great!! The bed was comfortable and I felt well rested.
Cons: The shower room is minute. The walk in shower took me a little time to work out, as there were no instructions as to how to operate it. Peaceful room until the maid who cleans the room goes up and down the stairs which are right above the room. And the sound of the boiler or Aircon that is hidden under the stairs right next to the room is a bit of an issue.

Beautiful stay and worth it!
Pros: It is a cute boutique! Very happy we got to stay here in the pool villa for 3 nights. I love that you walk through a flower shop to enter the hotel. It smells so nice and it's a beautiful and welcoming entrance! The staff were very nice and accommodating. Bed is super comfy. I loved the breakfast! You never know what you will get each morning. It's a happy surprise! And it was tasty! If you do get the breakfast included, make sure to let them know your allergies in advance! I loved the pool and used it every day. It was only a downer that sometimes the water in the pool emptied half way, not sure why? But the staff fill it up when you ask. We also got the floating high tea for the pool and it was so cute and delicious! I LOVED IT! The area itself is gorgeous. You definitely need a couple nights here to explore the area. Make sure to stay on a Sunday if possible to experience the Sunday Night Market! Def recommend staying here at this cosy boutique hotel!
Cons: The photos on here do not look like the new upgrade on the villa. I have attached photos to my review to see the new upgrade. I was confused when we checked-in. I went back to the reception and asked if we got the same room! They kindly told me that they had updated the villa and have not yet updated the pictures on the website. I do like the before better because there was a lot more style, colour, fun, brightness, lively and furniture/tables/decoration/plants on the outside/pool area. The new upgrade is still very cute and we enjoyed it, though they do need to add more to the outside area to live up to its reputation as before.

Amazing stay, it's a flower shop turned into a hotel.
Pros: The staff is beyond amazing. I forgot my earrings, and they went above and beyond to send to Bangkok to my hotel there. Such sweet people. They didn't even let me pay for the shipment.
Cons: The room could have been a bit bigger.
