Hawa House Phuket

Pros: The location in Old Town is exceptional. Everything was close by. The best bars and restaurants are on your doorstep. The interior was very clean and designed beautifully. A great bathroom, beverage station and mini fridge is helpful. Our room had very good air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Be aware, if you wished to stay in the larger rooms with a patio, it is up two flights of stairs. For those of you who have endured a long flight, and then a taxi journey, the task of carrying your luggage up could be a struggle. But it's all worth it.

Great central location, lovely large room and balcony, some street noise but it didn't bother us.

Pros: Great location on busy street in old town, comfortable beds, pleasant decor. Helpful contact on whatsapp when lights not working and lamp given when could not be fixed. Great balcony!

Cons: Hot water wasn't always hot, cleaning could be better, sound seals on entrance doors and balcony doors would be an improvement. It could be a problem if you need to contact someone urgently and the shop below is closed. There is no-one onsite to help, only whatsapp contact.

Pros: Comfy and stylish room, staff-less checkin, great central location

Cons: No amenities like restaurants, bar etc but it doesn’t really matter since it’s city center. Close to the central gas station which is quite loud until about 23h

A nice accommodation very well located

Pros: Really well located in the heart of Old Town. The accommodation does not offer breakfast or a kitchen, but a Starbucks is a one-minute walk away. Spacious room, comfortable bedding, very cozy.

Cons: Poorly soundproofed (bring earplugs), the French doors opening onto the terrace didn't close properly, the combined bathroom with toilet was soaking wet after showering, no elevator for people with heavy Luggage

Overall good experience, facilities could be better
