Xinlor House - Phuket Old Town

Nice boutique hotel

Pros: Lovely, comfortable room in a great location in the old town. Great for what we needed.

Cons: We were only there one night but if you were staying longer, there were only 4 hangers and no drawers to put anything.

Small and clean, newly renovated hotel, ideal for stay for a few days exploring the Phuket Old town.

Pros: Great location for easy access to old town center. Famous restaurant The Blue Elephant is really close by. Even though the hotel is in the center, the noise from the street was low.

Cons: The reception is not manned 24/7 and after 8PM the hotel doors are closed but entering with room keycard is always available.

Pros: Boutique style, not many rooms, very lovely. Great style. Super clean. Wonderful terrace looking out on the colourful houses. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice staff. Good size bedroom. Spacious. Location is 10/10.

Cons: Really like the place so this is what can make it even better: -Storage for clothes like a closet or drawer is really needed! There is so much under utilized space it makes no sense. So no place to put your belongings except a long desk where the tv is and a coat hanger. -Would have been great if they could offer a cot for baby as there is space for it but she slept with us in the bed plenty of space. - just to be aware that hotel is up the stairs so you need to climb 1,2 or 3 floors depending on where your room is located. We had to carry our baby stroller up to the room each time cause at the bottom of hotel is cafe you cannot leave it there.

Perfect spot for a short stay in Old Town.

Clean and modern in a convenient location - highly recommended!

Pros: Really loved the location of this hotel! Close enough to the action but removed from all the noise. An easy walk to get around. It’s clean with sweet gestures throughout. Lovely, warm staff and enjoyed my stay!

Cons: I don’t know if it’s just me not changing the settings but the sensor light on the TV (which I never used) bothered me all night. It was off / on standby but lit up the whole room and in my eyes where I’m sleeping! I had to cover my face under the sheets and pillows - it was so uncomfortable. Due to that, i unfortunately did not have a good sleep though everything else was comfortable!

Pros: Ooh amazing! Very clean! Great design, you can find everything in the room, very polite staff, helpful! And the best thing location! Just in the center but very quite area

Absolutely fabulous hotel

Pros: Absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. It exceeded all expectations with lovely staff and fabulous decor. Perfect to explore the old town. Great coffee shop downstairs and a lovely restaurant just across the road.

Pros: A very pleasant hotel located in a beautiful historic townhouse. Everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious, with very comfortable beds, and the bed linen and towels were exceptionally fresh. The hotel is practically in the very center, with plenty of shops and restaurants just around the corner.

Perfect stay in the old town!

Highly recommend this boutique hotel in Phuket Old Town

Pros: The location was excellent, right in the Old Town but in a quieter street away from the bars. Great restaurants nearby. Beautifully presented hotel with everything you need. Very amused by the boutique theme of car parts for decoration. Everything in great condition, very clean and working. Comfy bed and great pillows. Very helpful staff who advised on places to eat and arranged our onward taxi.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
