Pros: In November 2025 a letter arrived and, at my request, they kept the letter. They forgot about it when I checked in, but after a reminder they gave it to me. The check-in process went smoothly. There were two free bottles of water in the room. The room was hygienic, with a big bathroom

Cons: Maybe some darker curtains in front of the window would help to keep the light out.

Pros: Staying in Hop Inn was great! Everything is very clean and comfortable. The location is walking distance to the old town Phuket. We really enjoyed it!

Quiet, relaxing stay in Phuket

Pros: There was a mini fridge in the room. The sheets were comfy, the AC was amazing and the room was very clean. :)

Cons: It's a bit of a walk to the main sights but there are many restaurants to choose from. We really enjoyed the soy and local donut vendor just a little bit up the road.

Pros: Its a new hotel, but its great. Nice and simple and near to many places. Will definitely stay here again if come to Phuket.

Cons: A bit sad because the card for the room only have 1. When husband want to go downstairs for smoking need to take the card and the aircond will reset back and need to wait a long time for the aircond to be cool again.
