Amazing Place Minus The Terrible Soundproofing

Pros: The room was very clean and tidy. Walking distance to Old Town. Many street food spots and restaurants around the corner. Sunday market and many other night markets all within walking distance. 7eleven and a pharmacy just a hop away from the hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly. There were bus routes etc. on the lobby notice board which we found very helpful. All these bus stops were near the hotel.

Cons: The toilet was clean but there was a bad smell coming from the shower area from time to time. I guess it was the water or a clogged drain. The soundproofing was terrible. The reception was near our room and at night people came and rang the reception bell which was so loud. It was very annoying. In the morning the cleaning people come and gather at the lobby talking so loud. This was also super annoying.

It's basic, but clean, functional, and well located. The staff are great.

Pros: It's simple, not luxurious, but comfortable, and location is good, about 5-10 minutes walk to Old Town central district. Staff were helpful and friendly, and very happy to change me to a room upstairs when one became available, and moved a safe into that room as it didn't initially have one. There's an inexpensive restaurant with great Thai food and lovely staff in the courtyard across from the lobby.

Cons: A few plants and artwork, etc, around the courtyard would lift the energy of the place. It looks a bit drab and second rate on entry. But it's a good value stay.

Pros: Owner was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable.

Not far from Phuket Town Downtown Market.

Pros: Location was good, right in the heart of the City. 6 bed dormitory was air conditioned, 2 toilets and showers, privacy curtains, big locker, electric socket, light and free Wi-Fi. Room cleaned daily and water replenished. Bed was comfortable. Soap and toilet paper replaced daily. Refrigerator use for the 6 guests. Slept well for the past week I stayed. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: All good at a reasonable cost.

Cons: The bathroom needs better cleaning. The refrigerator in the room also needs better cleaning.

Very Good in budget

Pros: Their room and toilet is very clean. The person who in charge of recieption is very helpful, friendly and can speak good english which is rare in thailand. They provide towel,shampoo and soap which pretty good. Location is good to not too far from tourism places. Even you can get public transport to go karon, kata and patong beach just by waiting outside of hotel for a while. 7eleven is also 3min walk from the hotel. Overall everything is good.

Cons: They won't allow you to check-in before 2pm. There was some mosquito inside the room, they might spray in night time.

Pros: Nice, decent and clean hostel. Helpful staff. Comfy beds and big bathroom.
