Siri Hotel Phuket

Pros: Central, short walk to the old town and staff was super friendly

Fairly good hotel and location for the price.

Pros: Good value for money, comfortable and big room. 24hr check in was great which meant we could arrive late from the airport. The location was great (very central).

Cons: Facilities were dated and fairly limited, non air conditioned reception. Staff were just ok. Required a cash deposit which delayed things at checkout.

Pros: I had a great stay at Siri Hotel Phuket. The hotel is lovely — very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really made the experience stand out was the reception team. Au, Nille, and Barcode were absolutely brilliant: always smiling, very helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Any questions I had, they were more than willing to help with. I paid just £23 per night, which is incredible value for money for the level of comfort and service provided. The atmosphere was warm and hospitable, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: Convenient Old town location but quiet and restful. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable.

Pros: Nice hotel within walking distance of all the old town attractions. Also only 10 mins in a taxi to the pier for onward travel.

Very friendly staff and clean room.

Pros: We stayed one night in the hotel and we had a boat from the nearest port in the morning. The hotel was great for this reason. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel is close to the old town which is an advantage.

Cons: The air conditioning was noisy…

Simple and convenient hotel in a quiet part of Old Town Phuket

Pros: Large room, good bathroom, a vanity table, and a big fridge. Quiet location set back from the road. The elevator was very convenient. The location was good. Very clean. Shampoo and body wash provided in the shower.

Cons: I would have enjoyed having a smart TV in the room. The hotel could offer coffee in the lobby area for guests. The pillows were very firm, I would have appreciated the option of both soft and firm pillows in the room. There was no hand soap at the basin in the bathroom. We were disappointed to be charged for damaging a bath towel as menstruation is viewed as a natural body process in the UK, and not as dirty or damaging.

Pros: LOCATION WAS VERY NICE, ITS VERY CLEAN AND NICELY DECORATED HOTEL WITH NO FRILLS BUT ONLY NECESSARY

Cons: BREAKFAST WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL BUT ONLY LUNCH AND DINNER AS THE RESTAURANT IS A SAPARATE ENTITY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE HOTEL, AS TOLD BY THE STAFF.

Fantastic

Pros: A lovely hotel about a 5 minute walk to the old town where there are many shops & restaurants. Our room was big, clean & comfortable, a big comfortable bed. The staff were friendly. Would stay here again.
