Chongkhao Resort- Phi Phi Island

A great and beautiful place to stay

Pros: It’s at a quite area and the bungalow I stayed in was so clean and the smell was amazing. Staff was so friendly, helpful and sympathetic. The beach is jus few steps away. Really enjoyed it!

Cons: The walls and doors are too thin. Means you hear everything and feel everything. If someone is in the next room, it feels between you and them is just curtains instead of walls. So for me as a very sensitive person it was hard to rest. That’s the only negative point.

3 Night Stay on PP

Pros: Super fast WiFi, nice quiet location, very clean. Friendly staff on reception, big balcony.

Cons: Showers could be very cold. Typically very firm Thai bed!

Good location in a quiet area.

Pros: excellent location, away from the noises of nightlife and very close to the beach.

Cons: beds a little hard

Lovely place to stay .

Pros: Close to the beach and everything you need- also far enough from the busy areas to get a decent sleep. Room was spacious and clean . Staff were all very friendly and great when needing help.

Cons: Bathroom and room was a tad basic, bathroom had some cracks and the toilet was fixed on our arrival . But nothing major !

Pros: 2 min walk to a small beach, with nobody else on it early morning which was amazing. Never been told to make sure I lock the windows and door because monkeys have learnt how to.open the sliding doors. Even got a close up encounter with them on my balcony. What an experience. Luggage collection from.and to the pier was a definite benefit.

Cons: Some noise from the bars further up the beach but air conditioning drowned it out and it was definitely worse for other hotels further up the beach.

Charming bungalows

Pros: We only had one night on Phi Phi, so for our purposes it was fine. Basic, but with a functioning air-con and very charming bungalows. We were warned about keeping our windows open due to monkeys, but sadly didn't get to see any. Location is a bit away from the centre, but we didn't mind that at all. Easy 10 minute walk to the pier.

Cons: When we arrived, we were told that someone would be waiting to help carry our luggage. However, we couldn't find the person and ended up just walking there ourselves. It wasn't far, so wasn't a problem.

Pros: Awesome place to spend some days in Koh phi phi!! Pros: - away from the banging music that lasts until 3 am - near the beach - you see wild monkeys on your balcony - AC+ all services - friendly staff - if you ask at reception they organise tours for you - buffet restaurant

Cons: Cons - a bit expensive for the quality of the rooms - you need to go all the way to reception to get more toilet paper if needed

Pros: Great quiet location. Close to both beaches. Accommodation was basic but comfortable. Staff were very helpful

Cons: First room shower didn't work but when we spoke to reception they moved us to a different room

Pros: The location is very good , takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The staff was very kind and helpful
