Ton Sai Tropical Phi Phi Island

Hidden gem in the busy part of Koh Phi Phi.

Pros: Staff was wonderful, I can’t express how friendly and supportive crew this hotel has. The Lady at the Reception was the best! The room was spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. Very clean with attention to the details. Everything was just perfect!

Cons: Nothing I can think about!

Lovely small hotel with a great team in central but peaceful spot - recommended

Pros: Loved this cute place, really clean, really great team of staff, nice touch to offer a lovely breakfast. Very good but quiet location tucked away but easy access to everything in Phi Phi. Nice big rooms with balconies and nice pool area to chill out.

Cons: Hair conditioner in bathroom would be the only change for me.

Perfect locations and amazing staff

Pros: The staff were amazing and the location is perfect. Walkable to all the main parts; the pier to book the longboats, restaurants and 7/11. Pool was clean and breakfast was yummy. Don’t listen to other people’s reviews about it the smell from the streets because 1. It has nothing to do with the hotel itself and 2. I didn’t smell anything bad

Cons: The room wasn’t clean when we arrived. Found some bits under the bed and the previous guests pills but aside from that it was great place to stay.

Amazing - if returning to Phi Phi, we will be booking Ton Sai Tropical again!

Pros: Stayed here twice now and both times have been amazing, we had a room on the top floor overlooking the mountain and wow. The room was massive clean and the staff are so friendly. So private and the pool is so nice.

Pros: Loved that propriety! We had a room on the pool side down. Great complementary breakfast,well done with that and thank you! Very clean and beautiful,amazing location also for everything!

Cons: If you are a light sleeper you can hear almost everything in the night especially in the rooms where people walk ( on the ground floor)but for us was not such a big problem honestly

Delightful stay on Koh Phi Phi

Pros: Great place to stay close to the center of Koh Phi Phi. You can hear a bit of noise from the main street, but once the windows are closed it’s completely quiet. The room with direct pool access was excellent and very convenient. The staff prepared an extra bed for our daughter, which we really appreciated. Everyone was very kind and helpful – they helped us organize a longtail boat and the whole trip, and they were very thoughtful in checking how everything went afterwards. The staff also met us at the port, carried our luggage, and helped transport our bags again on the day of check-out, which made everything much easier. The breakfasts were delicious and included in the room price. The bed was extremely comfortable – the most comfortable we slept on in Thailand. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Koh Phi Phi.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, really nice stay

Pros: The location is great, the rooms are really nice but it’s the friendly staff that go above and beyond that make this place, we’ve only just used the pool area which is also really nice. If you want great location close to the great restaurants, tomsai and dalum beach then this is the place for you. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Pros: Everything was perfect - Marissa could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious. Be sure to book long boat trip Through the hotel. Private boat trip amazing with snorting. Close to everything. Highly recommend. Lovely pool area.

The warmest welcome and most comfortable place to stay in Phi Phi

Pros: Tom Sai Tropical offers a five star experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff are warm and inviting, offering the most relaxed check in process of serving a welcome drink and fruit on check in. The whole experience was wonderful, the complimentary breakfast a bonus, the rooms were so large and the bed so comfortable. 10/10 experience.

Cons: Nothing - I wish they had similar properties across Thailand.
