Loved the stay would go here again

Pros: Close to the beach and a nice walk in to town very white and staff were very nice and easy going

Pros: Reception staff were fabulous. Everyone very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Fabulous location, even though it's a party island we were not disturbed. My friend left her ear pods on the bed, we messaged the hotel and they sent them to her via ferry to Ao Nang, Krabbie, on the speed boat at no charge, within the day. What a fabulous place, what a fabulous team. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel would reccomend

Pros: Everything. Staff were lovely carried all 4 suitcases from the pier for us and up 3 flights of stairs to our room. Upgraded our room. Was so helpful in every way. So kind made us feel safe and welcome. The location was great. 5-10 min walk from pier and just out the way enough so your not kept awake by music. Everything was in walking distance would 100% return

Great budget accommodation in phi phi

Pros: Proximity to the beach and bars and the staff very helpful and pleasant

Pros: The rooms are large and the pool looked good, we didn't really use it. It's just a strange facility. There was nothing really wrong with it m the design is strange and less inviting in my opinion. Overall is suited our needs

Cons: It's a but far but had beach access. Breakfast is nothing to talk about but you're far enough to get lazy and just buy it.. there are warning signs everywhere with fines if you don't return the pool towel for example. I found it displeasing.

Pros: Room was clean, aircon worked, room had multiple beds.

Pros: Staff were beyond helpful, we ended up forgetting our passports and money in the safe and staff contacted us straight away before we got on our ferry! So grateful ☺️

Cons: Going to bed the music was too loud on the island but this was not the hotels fault.

Pros: Very friendly staff, pretty good bed, only 10 minutes walking to the main pier, swimming pool was ok.

Cons: Bungalow didn't have a cozy place to sit outside - just a wooden bench.

A friendly place to enjoy the island!

Pros: The staff are what makes this property! Like a lot of Thailand accommodation this hotel isn’t new so don’t come expecting fancy. The room and bathroom were absolutely fine as was the pool. My children had the time of their lives! The breakfast had a variety of food and all four of us found something they could eat. I see that other reviews have complained that the place was tired but we’re extremely grateful that this hotel was in our budget with a pool and within reasonable walking distance to the main stretch of Phi Phi. The staff were incredibly friendly. Despite the hotel being quite large with many guests they took the time to get to know people, say hello, check if we needed help. I observed them being overwhelmingly kind and polite to guests who were extremely rude. I can’t speak highly enough about how welcome we were made to feel. Would definitely stay here another time.
