Pros: Perfect location away from the noise of the bars but close to the pier for any activities or trips. Staff looked after our bags all morning on our last day as we were out on a boat trip from 7 am. There is a Laundromat also located in the building

Pros: Great and helpful person at the reception. Very good location, clean rooms and bathroom, comfortable beds, laundry downstairs and many charming cats

Cons: On the first floor there is a nice table and chairs but it serves as a smoking area and smoke gets to the room sometimes. It would be great to move smoking area to other place and make the table and chairs on the floor the non-smoking zone, to relax only. It would be 11/10 then :)

Fantastic low budget option with great location

Pros: Excellent low budget accommodation. Lady on reception was an absolute gem so friendly, lots of advise and booked onwards travel to Koh Lanta and tour with her. Great location 5mins walk to pier and in the thick of the action. I loved the no noise policy on the first floor where the rooms are as it made for a great night sleep. Bed was semi comfy (certainly not the worse I've had in Thailand! Defo recommend for a cheap option. Small single room with private bathroom. Air con fantastic!

Cons: Although I loved the no noise policy it was a bit excessive and was enforced in the day and night. I was told off twice during my stay for chatting at around 8-8.30pm which I thought was a bit much. Don't advice staying here if you want to socialise. Also, I didn't appreciate the hurry up checking out by one of the maids. Although check out was at 11am, she knocked on my door at 10.30 to tell me check out time and then my handle went at 10.45 (assuming to see if I'd left) just made me feel rushed even though I was ready to leave well in time. I do feel if it wasn't for the reception lady who was amazing, the stay might not have been as good as other staff were hit and miss. Also blanket provided instead of a duvet but no major issue for a 3nt stay!

Pros: The staff were really nice. The location is less than a 3 minute walk from the pier which is handy if you’ve got heavy backpacks like we did. Given its location in a busy part of the island, we didn’t hear any external noise inside the room. I also accidentally left my AirPods in the room when we checked out & they had them waiting for me when we came to pick up our luggage later on!

Value for Money, Clean and Quiet in the Heart of Phi Phi

Pros: The guest house is located 200 mtrs to the pier and a min outside the main market area of Phi Phi. Plenty of options to eat and party around. Many tour operators, coffee shops, eateries around. Room was quiet, clean and spanky. Bathroom was good too. I stayed with my child and found the deluxe room enough and spacious for a night stay. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay with value for money

Really good helpful staff

Pros: Very convenient location. Staff were very helpful sorting a tour for the afternoon of our arrival and our boat off the island. Would definitely recommend the snorkelling via speedboat tour we booked through the staff, it was amazing! Very clean room.

Cons: It was a bit noisy with other guests getting in late at night, however the staff apologised to us for this without us even mentioning it.
