Excellent swimming pool access first thing in the morning

Pros: Direct access to swimming pool, nice clean air conditioning rooms.

Cons: Bathrooms could be better, no hot water.

Rooms were clean, in a great location, very good value & amazing service! I highly recommend.

Pros: The location was brilliant and the staff was really nice and helpful too. Pretty good value for money.

Cons: The bathroom is a bit small and there are loads of stairs, so wouldn’t recommend for people with mobility issues or small kids.

Quiet place in a busy island.

Pros: Easy to walk everywhere, quiet to sleep.. Our room balcony opened on to the pool which was lovely.

Cons: We were out alot. Mostly just slept and showered.

Nice place, set back in the centre

Pros: Good hotel in terms of value, location and quality. It wasn't dirty by any means, but the floors could have done with a sweep from sand. There are two pool options - small but definitely nice to have. Our room was a great large size, with dressing table, wardrobe, TV and stand, and good size balcony. A big plus was the security box in the room - something we haven't had in many places. It was greatly appreciated. The lady on reception was pleasant and let us store our bags after we checked out. There are lots of friendly cats hanging out around the halls and hotel - we enjoyed it but maybe not everyone would.

Pros: We stayed on ground floor and could walk straight out of room to the pool. It was great location but not noisy either.

Pros: It's located in the centre of the island, yet far enough away from the party areas/noise. Plenty of food stores including authentic thai restaurants from the door step. Clean, big rooms and good quality beds and sheets. Great new ACs, and pool is nice and well kept.

Cons: Check-out time is 1100hrs and ferries are either 0900hrs or 1430hrs. It'll be good to have a 12-1300hr option but this is not isolated to this hotel as most are the same. You can leave your luggage at the reception.

Great stay, nice small pool, close to the pier

Pros: Great location, and value for money The receptionist was so lovely! The pool rooms had direct access to the pool from the baloney.

Cons: The pillows were too small, could do with an extra for comfort.

Lovely hotel, lovely clean and spacious rooms. Ideal location

Pros: Great location only a 5 minute straight walk from the pier and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice small pool but very close to the beach to use the sea. Large sized rooms and a decent size balcony.

Cons: The staff we not very helpful when we asked for recommendations or had questions about the room.

Great location, great staff and lovely pool but rooms, cleaning and lighting could be better

Pros: Location was great, close to everything but still peaceful. Staff were great. Staff were great and cleanliness is great but shower heads need cleaning . Only stay here if you get pool rooms or if location to close by shops and restaurants is important to your stay.

Cons: First room was terrible. Bed was broken. But staff were great. They changed our rooms immidiately as it was low season. They had plenty rooms. Lighting is terrible. It's super dark in the room. Defintely get a pool rooms, it's the best part. Room has a musky smell.
