Pros: Staff were great, pool guys did everything they could for us with a shortage of loungers and people leaving hotel but hogging beds all day.

Cons: Rooms and bathrooms in need of upgrades. Tiles are missing in showers and generally looking old. But, was a comfortable room and facilities. The breakfast was ok but not the best we had so far in Thailand.

Great location and stunning views

Pros: The pool area and location are unmatched, the hotel itself has it’s own beach and the views are amazing

Cons: It was a little bit run down and could do with a better clean - also if you book through booking, you need to note this is a partner hotel and you cannot make any amendments to the booking. I needed to change the date and was unable to.

Great location & Lovely hotel!

Pros: We were travelling for our Honeymoon to which the staff very kindly decorated our room with flower petals - a lovely and appreciated touch to start our trip with! Had a fabulous view from our room of the beach. Hotel was located right in the centre of Phi Phi so easy to get to everything we wanted to see/do! Pool was lovely and the area was a great space. An overall fab stay and would recommend!

Cons: The mattress could've been slightly comfier but we still managed to get a good nights sleep for the duration of our stay!

Pros: 3 min walk from main pier. Grrat access to the beach from inside the hotel. Amazing breakfast. Good cost benefit.

Cons: Rooms are a little bit old, but it didnt interfere in the quality of the stay.

Would come back

Pros: The property was in a good location, breakfast was nice and the pool view rooms were stunning

Cons: The bathroom was a bit too dated, didn’t feel clean getting out the shower. Cockroaches in bathroom (not sure if it’s unreasonable to mention on a small island - so take with a pinch of salt if it’s unavoidable)

Pros: everything, the view from my room was amazing! staff were incredible and so friendly and helpful. breakfast everyday had so much variety and it was all actually very nice. rooms were nice and modern enough. will come again!!!
