Good option, quiet with spectacular views

Pros: Quiet location but close enough to everything. Private beach swimming area and pool. Rooms large and comfortable with nice views. Good breakfast, helpful staff

Cons: All good, needs some maintenance, tired in areas

2 Nights on Phi Phi Island.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Pool and private beach was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Needs a little attention to exterior. One of hotel letters on name had fallen down and paint pealing due to damp in hallway to room.

Cons: Location was almost 10 but we walked more than we thought from the pier, but nothing bad to us. The hotel has a service to bring your suitcases to the pier when you leave the hotel and need to come back to the pier.

Located on the beach. Great views of the bay.

Pros: Great location on the beach. Near the quieter end, 5 minute walk from the pier. Quiet beach area in front of the hotel with free sunbeds. Great view of Phi Phi from the balcony but watch out for the monkeys. Staff were very welcoming

Cons: Breakfast was ok. Quite basic. Hotel room was large but a little dated.

I would stay at PPCliff again

Pros: Bedroom , large room with a huge balcony facing the beach, nice people, ladies at the reception are very helpful and always available to make the stay the best possible

Cons: Breakfast - few options, very few

Pros: We were lucky enough to stay in one of the rooms that opened up straight to a pool. Not only this, but a few steps beyond lay the beach. Given the location of the hotel, we were nestled right on the corner of the beach and as such had a private each experience. The room itself was spacious and beautiful.

Cons: Nothing negative to say here. It was a great stay and we were so happy we did. It was more expensive compared to other options, but rightly so. But compared to prices you'd pay at home, still great value.

Pros: The swimming pool, beachside location with peace Rooms are also latge and spacious

Cons: No restaurant and room service in hotel

Pros: I paid for room with a sea view, I got that and then some! Weather was a big let down, bit that's not the hotels fault. Had it been sunny it would have been a brilliant break. The hotel view is nothing compared to the 'View Point' accross the other side of the bay. It's a jaw droper, but I must stress here, you need to be reasonable fit to climb up to it. Again if it had been sunny it would have been a spectacular view.

Cons: The sea front is in need of a serious rebuild but perhaps they simply don't have the resources to achieve this.

The island is a very busy place I would rather go somewhere more quiet.

Pros: The breakfast was great and the staff are friendly. Rooms are large with lots of room.

Best hotel rooms and amazing view - be prepared for a small walk as it’s the furthest hotel

Pros: Only stayed here for 2 nights , room was amazing and spacious , had a nice balcony view , very secluded though and furthest from the main part however we knew this when we booked - the walk is not that bad and quite nice at night Would definitely recommend this place if you don’t mind walking Great service to and from the pier for our luggage too
