BH Baan Paradise Hotel Patong

Pros: Great location, comfortable bed and really friendly staff

Pros: Such a cutesy place so close to Bangla Street! And the staff, all so smiling all so sweet

Cons: The bathroom could probably do with a shower separater curtains and DEFINITELY exhaust fans!

Unlikely to feel the need to come to Patong again but it certainly is an experience.

Pros: An oasis of calm so close to the chaotic liveliness of all Patong has to offer. Amazing friendly staff and good breakfasts. Not really a paradise experience but a great value hotel a stones throw from whatever brought you to Patong in the first place.

Cons: Nothing, having done some research on the area and hotel it was if anything a little better than I had hoped.

Great place, definitely recommend it.

Pros: Very friendly team, from reception to management. The check-in experience was much pleasant than what i expected. They have a great co-working space for those of us who can’t completely switch off while on vacation.

Cons: The room needs a card for the power to stay on, and the room got rather hot without the aircon on The bathroom could use a little modernising

Pros: We rate our stay at this hotel overall positively. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were kind and helpful. A big plus is the location – the beach is within a reasonable walking distance and there are several well-rated restaurants and bars nearby.

Cons: The area around the hotel is quite lively, which might not suit everyone. As a small downside, the bathrooms could use some renovation.

Pros: Clean hotel in good location for Bangla road . Not far from the beach. We had a pleasant stay

Pros: The staff were very helpful. I left my ipad under the pillow in bed when I checked out. The housekeeping staff found it and the hotel kindly contacted to advise me of what I'd left behind. I was a 45 minute drive away by then so they wrapped it up and sent photos of them handing it off to the Grab driver I sent to collect it. Really appreciated their efforts to get it back and their English communication was very good / so helpful in that situation. Also the hotel location is great, the place is clean. The first room we booked was located on the back on the building, it was quiet but had no view / a small window. We thought we wanted a bigger window so the second room we booked a few days later had a balcony and overlooked the alley/street. Turns out we preferred the first room though - go figure!

Cons: The beds are very firm - typical for Thailand but not comfortable for foreigners. The bathrooms were wet room style - again typical for Thailand, but one room we stayed in had a caddy we kept our toiletries on and moved it outside the bathroom when showering - the second room (when we returned at a later date) didn't have that and we really missed it. Also on our second stay we booked a rate that included breakfast but we didn't enjoy the food - wouldn't bother with that for future stays - would prefer to go out for breakfast.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel as a family of 8, booking 4 rooms, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it is comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times, and the property owner was kind and welcoming, which made us feel at home during our stay. Any time we needed assistance, the staff was happy to help. The location is very convenient, close to everything you might need, making it easy to get around. The hotel offers different breakfast options, and they were good and satisfying. Cleanliness was well maintained throughout the property, including the rooms and common areas. The overall atmosphere was cozy, calm, and welcoming, making it a nice place to stay, especially for families. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well-located place with friendly service.
