Good budget stay. Pleasant staff.

Pros: Good location in centre. Quiet location down limited access side street.

Cons: Stair access a bit tricky for elderly.

A wonderful stay with excellent service, a central location, and exceptional support from Kate.

Pros: From the first day to the last, it was an incredible experience for me. The hotel is in a very central location, and there is a 24-hour market right next to it. The most important thing, however, is a very helpful and friendly staff member named Kate. She is also an amazingly talented painter ☺️ She guided me and helped me with special activities outside the hotel as well. I was very satisfied during my short trip, and I think I would choose the same hotel again if I ever return.

My new favorite place to stay in the Soi Paradise neighborhood.

Pros: Sari is my new favorite hotel in that particular location. Freshly repainted with modern colors, it feels fresh and comfortable. Wifi access was perfect, unlike other places very close by. Check in and out was straightforward. There were two bottles of water in the fridge I will stay again.

Great for the price

Pros: Ted is a great person! Really like the bed (good pillows and 4 of them!), AC cooling fine, rooms clean and organize, with good space and furniture, etc. Good experience overall considering the price paid, a reliable option. Calm and quiet place near the craziness

Cons: only complaining about the bathroom water drop system that was not good and all the bathroom becomes a pool after taking a bath. Except for that, 10/10!

BEST HOTEL ON THE STREET

Pros: The beds and pillow were lovely, which is the most important thing in a room. There was good security and supervision of the premises so that you felt confident that your possessions were safe in the room. The building was nicely renovated. The building was just close enough to the action of Bangla road, but not too close (you don't want to be too close). I would stay here again.

Cons: When I used the Wi-Fi I kept getting warnings on my computer that there were no security scripts for the websites and hackers might try to steal my passwords. I actually got one password stolen.

Pros: Great location - right in the heart of Patong but tucked down a street, away from the hecticness. Room is big and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay - beautifully furnished. The staff member who took care of us was extremely attentive and welcoming. We will definitely come back here again if we visit Patong again - highly recommend!

Cons: The only thing that could be improved are the pillows as they are quite big and hard.

Clean and comfortable bed

Pros: I like the location, clean room and comfortable bed

Cons: No elevator in the building so I have to walk in stairs because my room in third floor

Polite and helpful staff, great,quiet place to stay near Bangla Road and the comfiest bed we had!

Pros: The hotel was in an alley so despite it being near Bangla Road, it was actually very peaceful and quiet. The hotel staff was very helpful and can speak english well. There is also a cafe where you can get drinks. The bed was SOOOOO comfy. It was the best bed we had on our trip. The room was small but it had the basic necessities you need like tv and fridge. The tv comes with netflix so it was really really nice.

Cons: None at all. Everything was great!

Excellent value for money, immaculate and comfortable

Pros: Very clean, immaculate bed linen and a really good bed. The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent for walking around the town but off the main road, and close to Paradise area.

Pros: Très bon, rapport qualité, prix très bien situé propre, mignon et literie, super confortable avec climatisation et Smart TV

Cons: Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, il y a six étages, donc peut-être un peu contraignant si on fait beaucoup d’aller-retour, car tout se fait en escalier
