Recommend for Thai experience, views, pool area, location

Pros: The property itself is old, but it has its charm being one of the tallest and original hotel resorts in Patong. My room was large and comfortable and was on the 15th floor offering amazing views across Patong. The staff very helpful, breakfast was good, pool area modern. Very central and walking distance to many bars and restaurants as well as beach .

Cons: I would say comparing prices it’s more a 3 Star property so price was high. However you do get fantastic views if in original building. I had bathroom issues re leak but the hotel fixed it very quickly replacing with new taps in sink.

Superb location and

Pros: Everything!! They were so accommodating and helpful and our suite was amazing (2 bedroom). Such wonderful views and I think it truly was the highlight of our stay. My husband organised for a surprise in our room as we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and it was beautiful and the staff were so sweet. We enjoyed the breakfasts, and their pool area and services was awesome. Well done on creating such a beautiful area to relax and enjoy

Good location, good sized rooms but mobility access needs improvement

Pros: The room was large and comfortable, with wonderful soft large pillows and ample toiletries. The staff were lovely, very accommodating and the breakfast was excellent. Especially the soups😋

Cons: Bathroom shower hose needed a deep clean, which I informed the staff of when we left, not a major issue but would have expected better. No walk in showers for people with limited mobility, despite asking in advance and getting told only shower over bath No grab rails in bath/shower area above bath height. Again not very mobility friendly. Had to use the towel rail to assist with getting in and out of bath Balcony was smaller than expected, only chairs and no table out there. Despite a beautiful pool setting, there were many steps, to the various levels, all without handrails. Again an issue for those with reduced mobility, and the doors that were there were rather steep to say the least! Breakfast was on the 2nd floor, accessible by 5 small flights of stairs from the lobby. There was a handrail, but no public lift. It doesn't stop at the 2nd floor! If you needed the lift the staff lift was available. We wasn't aware of this when we booked. If we were we would have chosen another hotel. Finally for a 4 star hotel I would have expected mattresses on the pool loungers as these on the whole had seen better days (plastic had stretched and was saging through usage) and weren't the most comfortable lounges to sit/lay on unless you got a reasonably new one.

Definitely recommend staying here! Fantastic facilities, great buffet breakfasts and lovely staff.

Pros: The staff are absolutely amazing and the pool is a the perfect escape.

Great stay if you want to be in the noisy centre with a bit of quiet, travelled with 2 teenagers and felt safe. V friend

Pros: Close to centre but still quiet, staff were exceptionally friendly! Comfy beds Staff would remove guests towels who would leave on sunbeds whilst they went for breakfast or out for few hours, which I think is good! Breakfast was nice Staff cleaned rooms whilst we were out and having 2 messy teenage girls this was great and appreciated! Would stay again

Cons: Could do with some maintenance in the rooms only small stuff and a ‘deep clean’ bathroom wasn’t exceptionally clean and dust underneath tables etc Pool is smaller than pics but very well kept

Beautiful paradise holiday

Pros: Beautiful!!!! The pool is so gorgeous -the waterfall section , the bar area and shape of the pool! The food was INSANE -I’ve never had some many interesting breakfast foods plus the normal British home comforts. The people are so warm and friendly! Fantastic spa! Fun dj pool party!

Great accommodation and good location

Pros: The room was clean, well equipped and great size. Location was good, only a block back from the beach. Pool was fantastic and pool bar was great for drinks and food!

I would highly recommend this hotel - special shoutout to staff member Boom who was amazing everyday we came across her
