Pros: Location, friendly staff, room was nice, clean everyday

Cons: the noise can be horrendous from the street outside but that is not the fault of the hotel, was unaware at the time of booking how busy the street was.

It was an amazing vacation and loved the stay.

Pros: It was situated at a very convenient spot, making it easily accessible to Junceylon Mall and Bangla Street where most of the nightlife were located. Thus, returning to the hotel was quick and easy. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Cons: As much as the location was good, one small issue was the noise from the loud speakers at the clubs were playing throughout the night till 5am. There was not much can be done from the noise. Otherwise, there was no other issues.

We enjoyed it very much and will look out for this hotel on future visits

Pros: This is a lovely small hotel. Excellent dining room , well positioned in town centre. Spotlessly clean and the staff are all very friendly.

Cons: Nothing. It was like walking into heaven after the disgusting VHotel

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons: It was a bit odd going through the back of the spa to and restaurant to get the lifts for our room.

A really pleasant and friendly hotel.

Pros: Location right at the heart of Patong beach, walkable from the beach, exceptional food all around.

Cons: High music and beats till midnight, though we felt lively that way but some might find it problematic.

Pros: Great stay, but a little too loud at night. It is a good location, everything is close, but not if you like to sleep well at night, and like it quiet space. You do get earplugs in hotel tho. Otherwise it was great. Beautiful, clean, good breakfast and also other food in restaurant.
