Perfect budget stay near Patong Beach

Pros: I stayed in a studio room at Stay 94 Patong and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view from the balcony. Everything I needed was there — good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot shower, and even a small kitchen area. The location is quiet, away from the noise, but still only a few minutes to Patong Beach and Bangla Road by motorbike. The price is very affordable for what you get. It’s a great place for long or short stays. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Patong!

Well clean and friendly environment

Pros: Really good place to stay in Patong. The room was cheap, clean, and comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. It’s in a quiet area but not far from everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the money — I’ll come back for sure.

Great value of money

Pros: I had a great stay at Stay 94 Patong. The studio room was clean, spacious, and had a nice balcony with a good view. Everything worked well — air conditioning, hot shower, and Wi-Fi were perfect. The location is quiet but still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fine and it actually delivered what it promised however the place is rundown a bit and needs some maintenan

Pros: The location is very near to the beach and other attractions

Cons: Cleanliness and quality of the bed the lack of an elevator and the steep stairs
