Pros: Great central location lovely pool and dining area clean hotel lovely staff

Cons: The bed was too hard and room very small shower ran really hot then cold without adjusting it

A fabulous hotel for our 2 week holiday with friends. Definitely worth a return visit

Pros: Close to beach, Bangla Rd a 2 minute walk away, plenty of restaurants to choose from. The facilities were very good. A beautiful rooftop pool and restaurant. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to do.

Cons: Nothing really.

Perfect spot in the middof everything one needs

Pros: Very friendly staff with all the necessary amenities available. Beach, restaurants, pharmacy and stores are just few steps from the hotel. Overall the vibe is great, wouldn't mind coming back.

Pros: Everything, the staff were exceptional. Welcoming and friendly. Exactly what you want to feel comfortable on holiday. The rooms were clean and appeared well looked after. Minimal noise from the rooms next to us. The location is brilliant of you want to be in the heart of Pa Tong. Would stay again!

Pros: I was very satisfied overall. The staff were extremely friendly and reliable, from the reception to the cleaning team. The rooms were modern and clean—perhaps a bit small, but since you’re hardly ever in the room during the day, the size is more than sufficient. Lovely rooftop area. The location is perfect: right by the beach and within short walking distance of Bangla Road.

Cons: A proper wardrobe that can be closed, rather than just a hanging rail, would be appreciated.

Very good staff, and location is the best.

Pros: Very near, right smack in Patong. Although the area is loud, the room is peaceful and quiet. All the staff from reception to housekeeping, security and baggage were very welcoming and friendly especially James.

Cons: The bedsheets and linen, felt very sandy, even after room service. They also perhaps need to give bathroom slippers, (or maybe I could not find any in my room?)
