My stay was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience

Pros: My room was clean large and comfortable with all facilities I required. The housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, courteous and prepared my room lovely each day. Reception staff were friendly and obliging. Check-in and check-out were processed very quickly and seamless.

Sunsets and Location

Pros: Location was great to the beach and not far to walk to Bangla Rd. Our last night there we did the romantic roof top sunset dinner (5 course), and WOW, such a wonderful memory

Cons: The terrible mouldy smell in our room. We asked for the room to be sprayed but that only lasted a couple of hours. Keep the aircon going 24/7. The reception staff were encountered on check-in were not friendly or welcoming

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean

Cons: I've given the review a 10 because it's fantastic for the money, and was a lovely room, however there were a couple of observations, 1. The hard floor was greasy, 'I suspect a poor additive to the mop water' 2. The WiFi was very poor, everything kept buffering. 3. I had my own roon but it had an adjoining door to the room next door and the sound insulation was awful, you could clearly hear everything next door.
