Stayed here numerous times…always in the suite.We love it..but unfortunately theres onky one so when its booked we have

Pros: The spacious room.We were in the suite.Love the rooftop pool.

Cons: Gym could have been improved.There should be more than 1 suite.

Pros: Great location, no street noise, great sunset from pool

Cons: Mosquitoes in room. But would stay again

Amazing option, worlwide performance

Pros: We came back for second year and were not disappointed. This hotel does well many simple things many hotels dont: cleaning, windows sound proof, beds, air conditioning, pool and beach towels, etc. Perfect location and still calm. Pool and gym quite nice

Cons: Internet is a bit slow. Breakfast is good. Could just improve some European options but is still very good

Good hotel

Pros: The location was good, close to everything. The room location was away from reception and Bangla road so it was quiet. Pool was very nice. Wifi was there in the whole hotel area. Rooftop area was very pleasant.

Cons: Only small comments. The shower temperature was a bit unsteady, the bathroom was very humid, wifi was not the fastest

Great hotel near the beach

Pros: Central location near mall, restaurants and bus routes. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good soundproofing to the outdoors kept the party outside the hotel room.

Cons: Sound proofing to the hotel hallway was nonexistent. Also the room was a bit small not much space for suitcases.

Pros: The location, the room is big and the bed ia comfortable. Verry good breakfast and wonderful, welcoming stuff.

The staff at the hotel were happy and helpful.

Pros: Proximity to everything yet it was still away from hustle and bustle.

Cons: Inconsiderate guests making too much noise. This was remedied by staff when they moved us to a quiet part of hotel.
