Would visit again

Pros: The place is very nice, the staff are friendly and the location is perfect if you want to stay in Phuket Old Town. The washing machine worked perfectly. The mattress is REALLY hard, so bear that in mind if you are sensitive.

Cons: The restaurant/café downstairs is very pretty and the food is decent, but it’s really expensive compared to most similar places in Thailand.

Pros: Very clean. Staff was very helpful, cooperative and nice.

Cons: They keep air conditioning off from 9 am to 7 pm. My suggestion is just keep it off for only 3 hrs from 11 am to 2 pm. One more suggestion -- there should be a fan in the toilet/bathroom block.

Fantastic hostel in great location!

Pros: The staff were beyond amazing! Shout out to Ploy! She helped me so much calling my tour and helping to get my refund (lots of calls) after a spontaneous cancellation. They were so kind and considerate to help me and check in with me throughout my stay (and even after!). The hostel is super relaxed and you feel so welcome. You can chill outside or inside the cafe. The location is ideal and close to buses to explore Phuket further. I had a great stay and felt so supported as a solo traveller!

Pros: Central location to the old town, no outside/street noise in the rooms at night. Staff were very polite and welcoming.

Amazing place and amazing people

Pros: I had an incredible experience staying here. The ambiance was warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained—truly a peaceful retreat. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to all the nearby attractions while still feeling like a quiet escape. What really sets this place apart, though, is the wonderful team who run it. They are such kind souls, always going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. I must give a special mention to San, who has been one of the highlights of my backpacking journey. She is genuinely one of the most friendly and helpful people I've met—her kindness and thoughtfulness truly made my stay unforgettable. If you stay here, be sure to say hello to her from me!
