Gorgeous hotel with amazing staff.

Pros: Location was excellent. Gorgeous views. Nice room, very clean. We got meny meny water bottles a day so no need to think about that. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Breakfast delicious.

Excellent Stay in Krabi: Great Location, Stunning Views and Outstanding Breakfast

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return. Location: Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, and the vibrant life of Krabi. Room & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean room with daily housekeeping. Breakfast: Outstanding breakfast with a wide variety of fresh fruits and international dishes, one of the best I have experienced. Facilities: The rooftop view is stunning and very relaxing. The pools are well maintained, and the pool bar with Happy Hour offers is a great touch. Staff: Polite and professional staff throughout the stay.

Cons: While the bed was very comfortable, the pillows could be improved for better comfort. This is more a remark: The pool area is relatively small, and the number of sunbeds is limited compared to the number of guests. As a result, if you would like to secure a sunbed, it is advisable to arrive earlier in the day.

Nice

Pros: The staff in the breakfast were very very kind. The massage was excellent and profesional. The pool was very nice and clean.

Cons: When we arrived (at night) the third bed was not prepared at all. We had to call to the reception and it took a while to be prepared. There was nothing for the Chinese New Year - not decoration or any happening - disapointing. The room was above stores and noisy from the street all the nights.

A good experience and would recommend .

Pros: Great views from pool , centrally located , excellent breakfast . Wonderful staff.

Cons: The property is large and complicated access to rooms using a variety of lifts. You need to be fit & able ! Quite a walk to beach front but we were ok with this as the property was very quiet .

An all-around excellent stay with outstanding service, comfort, and quality.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. The entire facility (pool, gym, restaurants, etc,) was spotless, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious, and everything during our stay was flawless. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it.
