Pros: Very good location in middle of Patong, close to beach close to Walking street. Is shaded by big trees that make it cool and relaxing

Conveniently located Boutique Hotel in Quiet Location

Pros: Good location, spacious room, quiet position in a boutique environment . Would consider staying again

Cons: Without advising me in advance they split my 4 night stay over 2 rooms. Very inconvenient! Room has some small steps within the room including the bathroom which is a trip hazard especially in the dark.

Beautiful Patong Beach hotel with fantastic staff.

Pros: This is a hidden gem just few steps from Patong Beach. The room was very big with veranda and lovely staff. I will stay there again visiting Patong.

Good value.

Pros: Second time we stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, 5' to the beach and as many for the Bangla Road. The room were cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast was served every morning ala card.

Cons: Through the reception we booked a taxi to the airport for our departure. It was for 04.30 am. It never came. So we tried to find a taxi from the street for half an hour. At this time in the morning there weren't any. Anyway at 05.00 we found one and all good. I don't know if it was the hotel's fault or the taxi company is unreliable. Just keep my experience in mind.

Very comfortable and peaceful stay.

Pros: Walking distance from bangla road, but a very nice a peaceful property. Very clean and big rooms.

Cons: Hard to spot the location as entrance is from an alley. Breakfast menu is very limited.

Amazing!

Pros: I wanted to say a word about the hotel, but one word is not enough. Baan Pron Phateep in Phuket is a gem! Everyone is so warm and welcoming. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff for their smile every morning and their attention to cleanliness. Thanks also to the girls in the restaurant for their kindness, smiles, warm welcome, and generosity. The hotel is perfectly located, just steps from the beach and everything you can imagine. I couldn’t even give it a rating, as this hotel deserves so much more. You need to experience it to understand what I’m talking about. Thank you to the entire hotel team, and see you soon!

I like it

Pros: I like to come to this place very much but this time the rest of prices maybe because of high season but the value has not been raised The same furniture The same not working TV And suddenly, Breakfast wasn’t included, which was never the case As I said before, I like the place the stuff is very nice 👍🏼

Cons: I said it to the reception already, but there is no rules to be quiet in the night I know it’s Patong and there is a high capacity of nightlife, but still the property could give assigned to people that may be from 23.00pm to 6.00am could be a little bit more cared about quite

Cons: Sometimes loud guests in the middle of the night Should be house rules to keep quiete between 11.00 pm to 6.am for example The room are next to each other, some people watch movies or on the phone at 3.00 am
