Next to beach, restaurants and market

Pros: Great location, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants around, 999 mart and 7 11 were close as well. The room was big and comfortable, staff was helpful and prompt

Pros: Helpful staff, fantastic rooftop pool, great breakfast, beach towels, complimentary drinks and snacks, water cooler instead of plastic bottles

I recommend

Pros: Rooms are clean and nice. the location is great, everything is nearby to you and the beach is literally 2 mins away.

Cons: Room is a bit small

Pros: The location is superb and the rooms are spacious.

Cons: Didn't like the staff behaviour.

Pros: Staff was wonderful. Location is good. Very close to patong beach. Mall was a 15 min walk.

Cons: Room had tiny bugs but I think its expected. Bathroom had sewer gas smell. Room could have better lighting (brighter would be better -difficult to out makeup on when its dim).

There is no choice for me when I go to Patong

Pros: My go to accommodation in Patong. Stayed there many times. Probably the best value hotel in town. Low season you can get some real bargains. Great location. Great good size room. Very comfortable bed. I don’t bother staying anywhere else unless they’re full. Not about the hotel but the tour desk out the front is awesome too.

Cons: Nothing to not like. The only word of warning is the only parking is on the street. And. The side you can park on changes every day so you need to keep track. The police are there 9am every morning catching some poor unsuspecting tourism who’s parked on the wrong side or forgot to move their bike the night before. Get it wrong and you can find your bike with a chain around the wheel needing you to take the ticket to the police station to pay before they will come and remove the chain. The staff can set you straight about which side if you ask.

I've been to Patong many, many times and this is my go to accomodation. Awesome value for money

Pros: I stay here every time I'm in Patong. High season it's a little expensive, like everywhere but in low season it's the best value for money in town. Great size room Always immaculately clean. Bed is awesome. No matter the season this is always my first choice. Oh, and it's a 12pm checkout without asking.

Cons: Unfortunately I'm struggling to find anything negative. Ummmm, the shower curtain is a little close. Yeah, I've got nothing. Oh, careful of the parking out front. You can only park on one side of the road and it alternates. The police are there every morning to catch some unsuspecting tourist, issue fines and chain bikes until you pay. Ok, that's nothing to do with the property, but need to keep in mind.

Pros: Everything is close by beach, 7/11, restaurants, massage etc Booked the double room, comfortable bed. Room is clean water is hot aircon works well.

Pros: Small hotel close to everything. Excellent breakfast and really helpful staff.
