Fabulous

Friendly hosts, super clean and good location!

Pros: We liked everything. Hosts were very friendly and caring. Perfect location, close to everything but just around the corner where you can sleep in peace! Accommodation was very clean and room was spacious and had everything you needed, would really recommend!

The best guesthouse on Karon beach!

Pros: The best guesthouse in Thailand i've ever seen. And i know what i'm talking about cause i've travelled all across the Thailand since 2010 . Tony runs the great place and does his best to please all your needs. Clean and quiet rooms close to the beach (2-3 min) but just round from the main street. Great balance of what are you paying for. Highly recommended for everyone! And the one more great plus for this place - weed is prohibited here. + clean and tidy rooms + beach towels (new and clean every day - that was really great!) + great location in the heart of Karon +++ Tony's sence of humor!!!

Highly recommend!

Pros: I felt the most welcome and taken care of. The room was very clean and cozy, it had everything I needed. Tonny and Teera are super nice and friendly, they’re always there to help. The location is also superb: 5 minutes to the beach, close to restaurants, shops, etc, but it’s on the quiet end of the street, so it’s away from all the noise. My stay really felt home-y and warm. The best place to stay at on Karon.

Pros: Will I meet Mr.Tonny and Terra first time i feel I know them from long time they are friendly and I had very good hospitality from them the room was very very clean and nice view..I saw the hotel form down to the up it's very cleaned and nice and setup

Cons: How Mr.Tonny has nice talking and respect the visitor all time and give them advice sometimes

Great place, good value, fantastic hosts…

Pros: First, Tonny & Teera were fantastic hosts. The property was always spotless, the room was very comfortable, no complaints at all. I was able to hire a motorcycle from them without any fuss too. The location is quiet, but just steps away from the local restaurants, bars etc! And only a few mins walk to the beach! I would be happy to recommend this guesthouse, and for sure I will stay here on my next visit…

Pros: Clean and comfortable room. Easy to find and in a great location for food choices and bars etc. Good shower and AC, we really appreciated the water and free tea/coffee too. We had an early check out (7am) and were still made a lovely free breakfast before we left. would 100% come back if we visit Phuket again.
