Living Room Guesthouse & Cafe Bar

Pros: Highly recommended. Craig is very nice and polite. A cafe is right downstairs and they serve very delicious food. The location is perfect, in a quiet street, and literally 5 min walk to the beach. If we decide to stay on Karon then only Living room guest place!!!! Very good!!!

Cons: Wish my vacation would be longer.. lol

Great Value accommodation in Central location.

Pros: The property was very clean, but the room was large room and close to everything in Karon. It’s was very quiet at night so no trouble sleeping. Room was made up every day and new water left in the room. Craig was very welcoming and the food in the bar below was very good. Great value for money and great hosts.

Brilliant hotel and host

Pros: What a beautiful hotel! The moment I arrived I was welcomed by Craig, checked in early and he helped me carry my luggage upstairs. The hotel is lovely and clean! The rooms are really nice! Daily house keeping, including bedding change, clean, fresh towels and a 1.5L bottle of water daily. You can tell the staff generally care about the hotel, it’s to a fantastic standard. They have a restaurant and the food looked amazing, however, I never got around to trying it, as I had food poisoning from the previous place, so didn’t have much of an appetite! But the restaurant was always busy and Craig and the girls were always sat in the restaurant chatting away to customers! Craig was really good in providing recommendations on things to do around the local area! All around great experience! You are right next door pretty much to the temple, 7/11 and the beach is like a 2 minute walk! Lots of shops and restaurants near by! Thanks for a lovely stay! Jess

Exellent place to stay with a fantastic restaurant!

Pros: Living Room Guesthouse is in the very center of Karon Beach, only 250 m from the beach. The staff is very friendliy and the restaurant excellent! A very good place to stay and relax.

Pros: Booked this for my Dad in January. Craig was a brilliant host and his staff were friendly. Looked after him really well and made him at home. Breakfast was good and a nice little bar too. Good area with lively bars and good live music close but the street was fine for sleeping at night. Good sized apartment and value. Thanks Craig!

Great location for the area and beach

Pros: Just round the corner from the beach and near a number of 7- elevens to cater for your needs. The owners and all staff were very welcoming and friendly and the food both Thai and western dishes were really good at the hotel. We tried a few restaurants in the area and none could compete with the food at this hotel on both quality, range of dishes and price. You can get a bus a short walk away by the temple to take you to the old town. It is on a side street near some live music bars, and although you could hear them in the distance they did finish about 1 so it didn't really bother us. Most of the time we were out late anyway. Beds were a little firm and could do with a topper but they were fine. Had a lovely stay here, and would definitely come back to this hotel

Excellent stay!

Pros: Fabulous property. Clean and lots of thought into the room with ample store and hangers for gear, international wall power sockets and even usb chargers! Great food available at the attached restaurant and kind and helpful owners. Highly recommend.

Great room and a great location

Pros: Craig is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home when you arrive. The room is spacious and clean, and has a small refrigerator and an open closet to hang your clothes. The location is great, only a couple minutes walk from the beach and right near many restaurants and shops.

Pros: Really nice location close to everything, the owner was also very nice and the room was big !

Cons: The bed and pillows were a little hard we had trouble sleeping the first night but then got used to it.
