Great stay here would stay again

Pros: Booked this last minute it was a great location short walk to dinner in the sky which I had booked to experience and not far from beach along road with shops, cafes etc. Was greeted by the lovely receptionist who took me to my room very friendly made me feel welcome.

Pros: Room was nice and clean and the air con and TV worked well. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons: Banging doors of some of the guests

Much better than we expected

Pros: A magnificent hotel. We (two families) stayed in two different rooms. Overall impression is wonderful! We really loved the view of the field and mountains from the balcony on the ground floor: unusual (like the balcony itself on the ground floor!), but beautiful! The common “club” room on the third floor is worth spending time in. We were also pleased with the baby cot. The staff is excellent. The guy at the reception performed much more for us than he had to. The cleaning ladies worked perfectly. If you're ok with walking for 10-15 minutes to the beach, then you should like Mitsu. BTW, another way from the hotel is also interesting if you like walking, it's the way towards south part of Karon. ** Very, very nice impression. Thank you, Mitsu!

Super clean and modern place to stay - highly recommended!

Pros: A super clean and modern stay at Mitsu Guest house. The bed was very comfortable. Furniture all brand new. House keeping provided daily. There is a shared kitchen and common room on the top floor for cooking, chilling. Also a paid for washing machine. To top it off, a Boba drink shop at the entrance.

Cons: The only thing to mention is that the location is not super centre, a little further out from beach area.

Pros: It’s my 4th stay at Mitsu and I find the location a great balance for me. The staff are amazing and always so friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The noise from adjoining rooms can be a little annoying at times but if everyone is considerate of this it’s only a mild inconvenience.

Pros: Fabulous Guesthouse, lovely staff, great communication. Immaculately clean premises, the room was lovely, facilities were brilliant and decor is very tasteful and zen like. Location just a stones throw from lots of shops and restaurants, as well as Karon Beach. Highly recommend staying there, a gem of a find.

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay at Mitsu Guesthouse! 🌸 Everything was perfect: spotless cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and the staff’s kindness ,they were truly lovely . The view from my room was an unexpected bonus, as I could watch different birds every day in their natural habitat such a joy for me. 🌿This is now my new favorite address in Phuket, and I’ll definitely be coming back!🙏🏼

Pros: Exceptional value for money. The suite is very large, modern and well thought out. Much more than you would expect at this price point. I had a mini kitchen in the corner so you could spend an extended amount of time there and you don’t have to use the bathroom to wash up etc. The en-suite is really nice, a massive upgrade on other low priced rooms I’ve rented. Luxurious actually. And they’ve thought of everything, PowerPoints everywhere and subtle lighting and shampoo and conditioner etc etc, the list goes on. Highly recommended. The only negative is the very noisey main road. My room was at the front, they offered to move me to the back where it’s quieter but the road noise only bothered me when sitting on the balcony so I stayed put as I was only there for 2 nights. Other than the road noise it’s actually a pretty decent location, although I had a scooter so didn’t actually walk to where the action is, but it’s not far.

Cons: Only a small drawback - under one bedside table was a used carton of juice that wasn’t spotted and taken by the staff
