Excellent value for money

Pros: Location, decent room size, good working air conditioning, tv, good shower, clean.

Cons: No lift.

Great choice close to a wonderful beach

Pros: The guesthouse is only a 5-10 minute walk to the sea. Perfect choice if you want to swim a lot or spend time by the sea. There is a nice Irish pub with a good vibe on the ground floor of the hotel where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner and have a pint of beer. Many shops, restaurants, fruit sellers, tourist offices at reach of your hand.

Cons: The pub was somewhat expensive.

excellent stay

Pros: I loved that it was a fully equipped mini-apartment, with everything you need, even for cooking. The room was very large and comfortable, with a TV, armchairs, and a small balcony. The staff was always very friendly and attentive to any request. Just two blocks from the beach and surrounded by many shops and restaurants, it's the perfect place for a vacation.

Cons: The only downside is the stairs, which are quite steep and annoying if you're on the top floor and have to go up and down with all your luggage.

Great hotel & restaurant in Karon

Pros: Great hotel in Karon Beach. I had barbecue ribs in hotel restaurant and they were very good. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby and beach is around 7 min walk.

Cons: Restaurant has a 500 minimum spend on the card.

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff. Safe and clean, big rooms

Stay with draught Beer!

Pros: They have great location for beer lovers. There are many pubs and live restaurants. But our room was not noisy of outside. Very nice staffs and atmosphere. Quite reasonable. We will come back this accommodation when we come to Phuket.

Cons: Nothing.

Nice place, good location, friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Amazing location near Karon circle, but far away from noise. Beach is around 5 mins walking. Inspite of stay in high season the rates are good - worth every penny. Just don’t be “low budget high expectations”.

Cons: It’s not a disadvantage, however, please pay attention: it might be difficult for some people to get to their rooms - the stairs are steep enough.

Pros: The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room is good enough to stay and do everything you need in the hotel. Even bar downstairs doesn’t make any noise in the night, so you can sleep well👍

It delivers just as advertised, friendly guest house in a great location.

Pros: It was located in the middle of Karon Beach but was not close to any noise .The room was exactly as advertised, clean tidy with all the expected amenities. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely good and helpful.

Cons: Nothing really it had everything to suit my needs.
