Brilliant hotel above a cafe

Pros: Wonderful location. Just around the corner from the main hub. Great room, larger than we expected. The shower was the best we have had in Thailand 🙂. We were at the front and the road outside was busy,so there was noise, but the balcony was covered in with glass so acted like a buffer. It certainly didn't affect our sleep. We will definitely rebook here the next time we come to Phuket old town.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We stayed one night at the guest house and really enjoyed it. I would especially highlight the great value for money. The rooms were clean and included a lot of thoughtful items. Communication with Pai as well as the self-check-in were easy. The guest house includes a cafe too where we had breakfast. It was tasty and priced fairly. As we only spent one night there I can't say too much of the location but there were solid restaurant choices and a few 7-elevens nearby. It is very close to the pier (that's why we choose it) and the taxi ride from the airport was relaxed as the guest house is close to the main road from the airport.

Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: Very good location(close to the Sunday night market), staff were very welcoming from the beggining and room was great. 10/10 recommend

Pros: An absolutely wonderful hotel. The overall cleanliness of the property is outstanding, and the rooms are spotless and very well equipped. Everything in the room is excellent and thoughtfully prepared. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Phuket Old Town, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommended!

Central location and friendly staff! Recommend for a comfortable stay!

Pros: Me and my friends stayed at this hotel during our stay in Phuket and we loved it. Amazing location right in the heart of the old town of Phuket with restaurants and cafes close by including the ground floor of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the staff working at the hotel were amazing and attentive. The cafe also serves lovely drinks and coffee! Would recommend.

Cons: We’re not the biggest fans of a wet room style and the whole bathroom would indeed get wet when having a shower. However, we knew this when booking and it’s a small price to pay for the central location and amazing staff!

Pros: This accomodation is in a really good location, the room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was large and clean too. The staff at this accomodation were very welcoming and kind, highly recommend this accommodation.

Great place to explore Old Town!

Pros: Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. Great location for someone looking to explore Old Town. The staff is friendly and helpful. It also has a really nice cafe where you can have a drink and a bite. Highly recommend this place!

Modern, clean and very nice

Pros: Very good location. Beautiful rooms, very clean and modern. Fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, condotioner, 2 bottles drinking water, coffee, tea, etc. Very kind and talkative personel. Very good coffee in the bar.

Pros: Our stay at Baan Sutra Guesthouse was amazing the room was very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the location is just perfect to explore the old town. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location, clean and refurbished rooms

Pros: Nice and newly renovated facilities. The room and bathroom were very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a great location, you can walk everywhere.

Cons: The room had a window but to a narrow shaft, so there was no view at all.
