Pros: If you value the view of the sea and nature - you definitely need to come here, the price-quality ratio is excellent. The complex is not new, but massive and impressive, there are not many such places with a stunning view, use the chance to visit for 2-3 days or more. And the Manager Richie will help you with any questions. The apartments are spacious and pleasant.

Breathing Space.
Pros: The hotel is perfectly situated near Kata Beach, with spacious rooms that are impeccably maintained. The highlight is the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the beach. The serene surroundings provide a peaceful escape from the busy city, yet you're just steps away from all the essentials, including great dining options. The host is also a very kind gentleman who offered us plenty of help. It’s truly a hidden gem.

Very enjoyable
Pros: This property was stunning! Large spacious apartment with panoramic ocean views. Very comfortable and well thought out . Would highly recommend!
Cons: At the top of steep hill but plenty taxis and tuk tuks .

Pros: Это видовой отель. Была тут 9 лет назад. С тех пор цена в батах выросла в 2 раза). Тайских владельцев сменили английские. Но все-равно я снова тут). Наполнение номера идеальное. Есть всё для проживания. Менеджер Ричи всегда на связи. Отвечает на все вопросы. Спасибо.
Cons: На букинге не было уведомления о том, что данное размещение берет отдельно за электроэнергию. Ранее такого не было. Да и отель не дешёвый. Обычно такая история в кондоотелях. Но это не омрачило нашего отдыха. Просто будьте готовы к дополнительной оплате).

Best place to stay in Kata
Pros: This place is truly unique! The apartment is huge and equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay extra comfortable. The sea view was stunning, and so peaceful that it was the perfect spot to relax. The location was ideal, close to everything, including restaurants, beaches, and entertainment. Richie, the host, was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay, which made the service a solid 10/10. We absolutely loved this place and are already looking forward to coming back on our next trip!

Worth the extra splurge and perfect location.
Pros: It was very unique and well taken care of. Extremely spacious and aircon was nice and strong. Loved having a washer and every kitchen utensil you would ever need, including two refrigerator! The balcony was lovely and had a stunning view.
Cons: Everything was fantastic. The property was perfect in every way. We had a small glitch when we arrived and were greeted by the property manager. If you come with a rental car you might want to give a 2nd reminder through the messaging app. It was a simple solution but he told me several times before we even walked into the unit that I failed to let him know that we would have a rental car. When I looked at the messages we were sending I saw the message I wrote that clearly stated that we would be renting one to which he replied to. I felt really apologetic and that I had inconvenienced them and I always want to be a respectful guest.

Pros: Очень просторные апартаменты с большой террасой, оборудованные всем необходимым для отдыха. Раз в неделю проводится уборка. Хозяин готов помочь по любым возникающим вопросам. Надо быть готовым, что электричество оплачивается отдельно, и при активном использовании кондиционера, счет может быть внушительным.
Cons: Может и были какие-то мелочи, но не стану обращать на них внимания

Fantastisk sted for et lengre opphold!
Pros: Alt! Beliggenheten, leiligheten, utsikten. Bare wow! Kunne gjerne bodd her over lengre tid. Beliggenheten er nær alt, men likevel rolig og avsides. Bruker ca 5-10 min til Kata eller Karon strand. Under 5 min ned til hovedgate med alt man trenger. Også fine områder til å gå tur, trene evt utpå odden hvor du har hyggelige «instavennlige» kafeer med god utsikt og snorkelmuligheter. Bygget er kult og gir følelsen av et tempel i jungelen. Det er flott utsikt fra både leilighet og fellesareal. Leiligheten er prima for lengre opphold. Egentlig alt for stort for meg som reiste alene, men jeg var i et treat yourself-mode da jeg bestilte, og angrer ikke. Hadde vel utstyrt kjøkken, stort fellesområde i stue og balkong, og gigantisk soverom og bad. Skikkelig luksus. Av fellesarealene brukte jeg ikke så mye mer enn treningsrommet og bassenget og det ålreit. Utover det er det egentlig lite som minner om hotell. Det er stille og av de som jobber der møtte jeg bare conciergen.
Cons: Ingenting. Digget alt. Det kan riktignok være greit for andre å vite at dette stedet er mer som et langtidsleie-sted/residens, og ikke så mye hotell. Så forventer du hotellfrokost og rene håndklær og vask hver dag får du ikke det her. Det er også en veldig bratt bakke opp til hotellet som er vanskelig med barnevogn eller hvis du er tung til beins
